After wandering around the campus trying to drain the tears that kept coming out, I found myself entering the campus' radio station. I wasn't expecting anything or anyone, but my heart felt lighter as I saw Mitchell working in the dimly lit studio through the huge glass window.
"Cassie?" He got up. He unlocked the door and let me in. "Uh... What are you doing here?"
"I honestly don't know," I laughed. I wiped the leftover tears in my eyes, but he probably spotted it.
"Were you... crying?"
"Some seniors can be so mean," I sulked, but I didn't want to be heard as a crybaby. I sat on the chair next to his. "I went to this sorority party with Vanessa. And then, apparently, there were videos of me going viral..."
"What kind of videos?"
"Making out videos," I straightforwardly said, and he was surprised. "I don't think Dakota told you everything that happened in the graduation party. I wasn't exactly proud of that as well..."
"What happened?" He asked curiously.
"I was drunk, which you knew, and I..." I sighed. "Well, first, Dakota's girlfriend kissed me, so then I kissed Dakota, and then I kissed everyone in that party. And obviously, someone filmed it and spread it."
Mitchell gasped sympathetically.
"Not just that," I added. "Chris and I were kissing in his car, and there was a video of that too."
"That's... horrible."
"The video or me and Chris?" I scoffed. "Well, I know one person who could pull it all out."
Mitchell was taken aback. "You think I did that?" He laughed. "Why would I do that?"
"No—sorry, I didn't mean to say that." I rubbed the temple of my head. This headache was getting worse as I talked. "I was just shocked, I guess. I thought college would be different... so I just took off and left my roommate there."
"And you just happened to enter the studio?"
"Maybe I did go here to find you," I muttered. "I'm scared."
It was the first time I really uttered the word. When Mitchell threatened that he would expose the photos, I never said it blatantly. I was panic, but I wasn't that scared.
But now, a perfect life I was dreaming of, was going to fall in shambles because of silly videos. My relationship with Chris was never okay, but we were holding back as much as we could—and someone still had the chance to spot us.
Mitchell stroked my back. "I know I'm not the best person to lean on in this situation, obviously..." He murmured. "But would it make you feel better if I say I'm here for you?"
A silence crept in around us. I gazed at Mitchell's brown eyes, and my fear slowly lifted.
"Maybe," I mumbled. "Is that what you mean when you said we needed each other that night?"
He smiled. "You needed a comfort. And I needed to prove myself to you."
"You got what you wanted, you didn't need to prove anymore."
"Let's not talk about what I want," he said. "What do you want, Cassie?"
My heart beat so fast that it almost messed with my words. My lips trembled as I whispered, "I want you."
Mitchell caressed my cheek and raised my chin. I held my breath for a second, and then he nibbled on my bottom lips. Steadily, he moved to my upper lips. The smell of mint prompted me slowly bit back.
My mind went to our first night together, how it went from gentle to intense in mere minutes—so was our kiss this time. I jumped to Mitchell's laps and straddled him. Cupping his face, I looked at his eyes once again. He wanted this—he had been wanting this but he didn't blatantly say it, even when we met last time. It was all reflected on his solemn eyes, how he had been yearning for me, how he had been holding the urge.
And, where was I? I was longing for someone else who probably didn't have the same desire as me. Someone that I loved with all my heart, but didn't give back as much.
I crashed my lips on Mitchell's again. The kiss lasted for as long as I could remember. Both of us wanted to dominate. Both of us wanted to prove that we indeed needed each other for this kind of occasion.
I took my blouse off over my head, and then caught him unbelting his jeans as well.
He grabbed my thighs and lifted me up to the edge of the desk. I circled my arms around him, wrapped my legs around his waist, pulling him harder against me. The adrenaline rushed down in my body as his cold lips nipped my neck. I arched my back when he trailed down to my chest after I let the right strap of my bra slid down.
His jeans were already on the floor, and his boxer was halfway there. With his lips still devouring mine, his hand slowly slipped into my skirt, pulling down my panties. My legs clenched his waist tighter—and he thrusted.
I whimpered. It wasn't as gentle as our first time, but it still brought out all the pleasures. He went deeper, I moaned louder, our hips moved faster. The mind-blowing feeling bloomed, sending shivers through all the parts in body to react differently.
Doing this with Mitchell for a second time never crossed my mind—but it obviously where the lust went after yet another failed encounter with Chris.
My lust probably only worked for Mitchell Hayes.
