You quickly rushed for the keys as you grabbed Sky's tiny hand and headed to your car.

You cursed,mentally as you realised you have not served your 3 year old daughter breakfast. You and Ski have been living just the two of you after the incident three years back which you do not like to even think of.

at work~~

You headed straight to your office right next to your boss's one, Jeon Jungkook. The owner of hundreds of well earning hotels and more.

You worked as Mr Jeon's assistant, which was not sunshines and unicorns, it was tiring especially when you have a whole little child to take care of on your own.

You entered your office and placed Sky's tiny body on the sofa far infront of your desk and ruffled her curly brown locks,cute.

"Sky baby, mommy is going to have to leave you alone for a while okay?, I promise we'll play when I'm done with work" You cheerfully said to your little one while readying your work space.

After a couple of hours, you finally finish your work and head to Sky, where is she?.
You start to panic and quickly head out of your office, calling for your daughter. Few of your colleagues eye you worriedly as they pass by but you turn to go back into your office only to be startled by your boss.

"Mr j-Jeon uhh-
"Miss y/n-sshi... are you looking for...her?"Your boss asks with a suprised yet confused face.

You automatically look down to meet with the same pair of doe eyes laughing at you. "S-Sky baby, thank God you are okay" You say as you bent down to her level and caress her cheeks.

"Is she your.. daughter " your boss sternly asks, doe eyes scaring you. You nod and his reaction softens, yet saddens.

"So... you are m-married?" Jungkook asks, voice low. Quickly taking in his question, you shake your head continuously and say to him "No no Mr Jeon if i was than I would have put that in my- " Thank God " Mr Jeon cutt you off, thinking you didn't hear, he quickly gulps after realising you heard him.

Mr Jeon later told you how he met Sky. With you being too into your work, your boss entered your office and called for you but no response so before he could leave he was met with a pair of doe eyes starring at him, so they played during the hours you worked.

"Mr Jeon, its time for us to go now." You said to your boss as your time to go home was near. Sky quickly held Jungkook's hand tightly,not wanting to be far from him.

"Oh, okay. Have a good evening y/n-sshi and little Sky. But I-I would like to drive you home if that's okay with you." He says nervously while scratching the back of his neck.

You looked at him dumbfounded and smiled genuinely while saying yes.

You were currently in the car with your boss and your daughter, an awkward silence filling the car.

"So, tell me about Sky, how come I haven't heard about her for this past two years?" Mr Jeon asked, his voice low as always. You thought back about his question for a minute and looked for a reasonable answer.

"Ah, she uhmm, its because..." You started to think of an answer.

"Because...?" He repeated, staring on the road.

"Its not that important, all that matters is that you met her now!?" You nervously replied, knowing that you talking to your boss in such a tone was a huge mistake.

"Its okay, its not my place anyways" You could definitely hear the hurt, anger and frustration in his voice.

You looked at him and the way some of his black hair fell over his doe eyes, it made him scary, hot yet cute. His soft pink lips fell in a straight line the whole drive.

He parked the car in front of your apartment and silently went to the back of the car and softly picked up a sleeping Sky in his arms telling you to lead the way.

Once he placed Sky in bed and was ready to leave, you stopped him and didn't know were to start.

"Mr Jeon..I-, about Sky..-"
"Its okay y/n-sshi. You don't have to " he cut you off.

"No I want to. Sky..I got pregnant with her when I was just 19..it happened during my college year whereby I was very naive and I went out with some friends." Your voice started to crack and Jungkook heard it. You both were currently sitting.

"I had gotten more to drink and I ended up being a little tipsy. I was the only one there that was not that drunk but then i decided to go home so I left the club. As I was walking down the cold dark streets, I could hear loud footsteps from behind me but I ignored them and turned into an ally as a shortcut but that turned out to be the worst decision of my life.."

By now you were in Jungkook's arms sobbing as he comforted you while already knowing where the story was going so he stopped you, not wanting you to see a grown man cry. But deep down he too was sobbing for you.

"Y/N, I might not seem to be the kindest person out there, but I want you to know that I'm here for both Sky and you okay?" Mr Jeon says, patting my back lightly and comfortingly.

I can't believe I just told him so much that I haven't told anyone, I know he's my boss, I've known him for 2 years now but I still shouldn't have let out that much.

"I'm so sorry Mr Jeon, I shouldn't have-
" Hey, no, it must have been weighing you down for so long, you did the right thing, I'm here now"

What's happening to me?, I-

I find myself excusing myself, I need to fix myself. As I leave for the bathroom, I notice Mr Jeon shift uncomfortably, I shouldn't have, he was just being a friend right?
