Hello and welcome to the very beginning of a new contest book! In this contest book, I will have 2 judges, one of them being me.
The purpose is to find Wattpad's newest rising author through this book! We are going to not only try to make you a well-known author, but our judges will teach you a few things about writing. We will teach you a lot of important things about writing so you can become an even better writer! We want everyone on Wattpad to be happy with their writing and we are just the people to help you do so!
We have 1 judge that will help you along the way! She has dedicated a lot of her time to help out with this story and it's very pleasing!

NOTE: Everyone who enters has to make a contest book for this competition, where they'll post all their entries. Meaning, create a new book for this contest, and whenever we ask you to write something, just add it there. Once you make it, title it:
Contest Book for NextWattyStar
Make an introduction that tags me @NextWattyStar so I can tell its a book for this contest! Have the intro say something like this: "Hello! Welcome to my contest book for Next Wattpad Star! I hope @NextWattyStar likes it! Enjoy my stories!" If you don't dedicate the book to us, we probably won't see it and your audition won't count!
Here is the timeline:
Number One: The Audition
Each of you will audition for us, and will be scored. In the end, out of all the people that auditioned, the 30 people with the highest scores will move on to Number 2!
Number Two: Testing
The 30 remaining authors will be put through a series of tests, some of which will be easy, and some will be a tad harder. At the end of Number Two, 20 people move onto Number Three!
Number Three: Groups
The remaining 20 people will be put through another test. At the end of that task, four people will be eliminated. The final 10 will be split up into Group A and Group B. There will be 5 people in each group and each group is assigned a mentor to help you out and teach you some things about writing to help you further in the competition. They will comment on your contest book giving you tips and such!
Number Four: The Rounds
The first two rounds will have a different genre that will be randomly chosen. Each person will have to write a short story using that genre. each judge will grade the short story. For the last two rounds, two topics will be chosen along with a twist for each topic!
NOTE: The prizes will be listed later on in this book!
