I didn't think I was going to write another chapter but I really felt this was needed. Lately I have been seeing so many people romanticizing depression, anxiety and other disorders, it's become some sort of "trend". There are so many people acting like they have these disorders for some reason I do not know and it's making me upset. Many of these people who are glamorizing these disorders don't even have the slightest idea as to how it really feels. The people who are affected daily by depression or anxiety live their lives uncomfortably and often confused. Not many people understand how severe these disorders are. Sometimes you feel like you might mess something up so bad, and you can't even talk to anyone because you can't even understand so how could someone else? Being depressed is like feeling like you're drowning in your own thoughts, there's no escaping. So you sit and stare into space just thinking about all of the mistakes you've made. You can't seem to think about anything buy these insane things inside your head. Sometimes you cry and shake so hard that you just go numb. It's confusing to explain and understand. It feels so terrible. You can't stop thinking and it's so scary. Worrying, thinking, crying, shaking, and then there's pain. Can Someone please tell me why people are making this some sort of trend? If you don't have a mental disorder, don't pretend you do. If you know someone who is currently suffering from mental illnesses please show them love and support, it will make a difference. Live your life and enjoy what you have because there's millions of people who would do anything to escape these terrifying things. It's not fun at all, it's actually pretty fucking scary.
