Next Morning

You guys both wake up to your phones blowing up.

Josh: let me check, oh it's are group chat

Josh: Charli says we need to get to Quinton's house now because she need back up

Y/n: with everything going on with you and Nick yesterday I forgot to tell you I walked in on Quinton making out with Cynthia
Josh: the Cynthia who is always a bitch to you and is best friends with Nessa and Lauren?
Y/n: yep that's the one
Josh: hurrry up and get dressed I need to have a word with Quinton
Y/n: ok but promise me you won't get into a fight with him because at the end of the day he's still your best friend, he's not Nick

He kisses you on the top of the head and then you both get up and get ready.

You guys get in the car and arrive at Quintons house. When your getting out you see Mads and Jaden getting out of Jadens car.

Y/n: you saw Charli's text
Mads: yep but honestly I had a feeling she was going to do something like this because after you and Josh left the party yesterday she was telling us about Quinton and Cynthia and she was pissed
Jaden: well let's go in before she beats the shit out of him because we all know she can
Josh: yeah your right we should probably go

You guys get closer to the house and you hear a lot of screaming.

Y/n: oh no
Jaden: let's go

You guys walk in and see Charli yelling at Quinton in the living room.

Charli: you are aware that Cynthia treats us all like shit especially y/n!!
Quinton: that's more of Nessa then Cynthia
Charli: but does she stand up for any of us when Nessa is talking shit about us, no and trust me Cynthia has had her fair share of shit talking all of us so she's not so innocent either!!!
Jaden: ok Char calm down
Charli: don't tell me to calm down!!
Y/n: yeah Jaden that might not have been the right choice of words and to be honest I agree with Char, Cynthia isn't so innocent
Mads: yeah same, Nessa isn't the only one that shit talks us, all three of them do
Josh: plus Quinton you know that all three of them make y/n's life a living hell especially and she's one of your best friends!!
Y/n: you know what hurts the most Quinton
Quinton: what? (a little angry and annoyed)
Y/n: not only are you dating one of the girls that makes my life a living hell but you kept it from me, best friends don't keep secrets from one another!! (sad)

Tears are streaming down your face by now.

You run to the car and Josh gives Quinton a look of disappointment before leaving and heading to the car.

Josh: where do you want to go?
Y/n: back to my house (crying)

He puts a hand on your thigh as he's driving.

Y/n: he's one of best friends who lied to me for who knows how long, that hurts Josh (crying)

Y/n: I know your right it's stupid of me to be crying right now
Josh: it's not stupid, I get why your crying. he's dating Cynthia who out of all of us makes your life the worst, her and her friends
Y/n: at least he's not dating Nessa because she's the worst out of the three of them
Josh: yeah and hey he will come to his senses I promise

You guys get to your house and you both go in and sit in the living room and just talk. Then you hear the door open and see the group walk in (minus Quinton).

Charli: hey y/n, how are you feeling?
Y/n: ehh
Mads: well to make you feel better we thought we could all go to the beach!
Y/n: I don't know guys
Charli: come on y/n you know that the beach always makes you feel better
Y/n: ok fine
Mads: yay let's go pick out a swimsuit
Josh: I'm going to go home to change, Jaden do you want to just borrow one of my swimsuits
Jaden: yeah sure
Josh: ok let's go see you later y/n

Josh kisses you on the top of the house and Jaden does the same for Mads and then they leave.

Charli: I wish Chase was here
Mads: come on let's go (laughing)

You guys go upstairs and change. You let Charli and Mads borrow one of your swimsuits.

You guys go downstairs and greet the boys and then get into Josh's car.

Josh: you guys want to go to in and out?
Y/n: yes please I never ate breakfast
Jaden: why didn't you eat breakfast?
Y/n: I didn't have time because I had to rush to Quintons house because Charli needed back up
Charli: oops sorry (laughing)
Y/n: no worries Char I really appreciate you standing up for me

You guys get to in and out and eat your food then you guys head to the beach once you get there you get if the car and find a place to put your stuff.
