Alya watches from behind Marinette, Nathaniel standing a little shaky. Marinette grabs his hands and looks him in the eyes
"I'm sorry" she says, "I just don't know if I am ready to move on yet." She lets go and turns to Alya who is in disbelief. Marinette grabs Alya's arm and bolts away.
When she finally gets to a 'safe distance' about 5 blocks away she slows down and let's go of Alya's arm.
"Girl what was that?!" Shouted Alya.
"I know, I know. But I couldn't just stand there any longer. I felt bad"
"No I mean, why'd you reject him? I thought you'd want to go on a date."
"I thought that to" exclaimed Marinette, "but I just don't feel comfortable going out right now. I think I just need a break from boys for a while.."
"Aww girl come here!" Alya pulls Marinette in for a hug. "I understand. Do you want to go for food? My treat!"

((With  Nino))

"Hehe dj Nino in the houseee!! Ah shit my phone's ringing" Nino picks up his cell and sees 2 missed calls from Alya. He picks up the third call.
"H-heyy babe, I'm sorry I missed your calls, but uh what's up?"
"It's Marinette.. she-"
"What's wrong?!'
"She..'
"What??"
"She's.. ah i'll call you back"
"... WHAT!?"

((With Alya))

"MARINETTE PUT THAT DOWN!"
"NEVERRRR" she giggled
"that is not yours!!"
"But it's so cute. Why didn't you tell me you had a photo of you and Nino in your purse?"
"Because I didn't think you'd care, now give it back!" She sighed "I have to text Nino, I was going to tell him the good news about you but I had to hang up to get my purse back before you'd take something else"

#Alya - I'm sorry for hanging up like that. Marinette was going through my purse. I wanted to tell you that she's given up on her quest to change Adrian!! Whoop whoop!
#Nino - dude you almost gave me a heart attack I thought something bad had happened!

I feel bad for all this time I'm spending at Luka's place, I feel like such a burden. But I can't go home and other than here I have no where else to be. I could get my own place with the money I make modeling, but my dad has control of that money and he'd track me down.. maybe I could get a different job? Something on the downlow, just until things blow over.
"Plagg, do you ever feel like nothing you do matters?"
"Well, look at it this way. You could spend your life worrying about everyone and everything or you could just live your life the way you want. Do things because it makes you happy, buy that expensive item because you want it. It's your life kid, why let someone puppeteer you?"
Tears filled my eyes. That was so precious.
"Oh plagg thats-"
"Take me for example, I don't let anyone tell me what to do and I get to eat all the cheese I want!"
... Maybe not as precious as previously mentioned. But still awwwww!

((third person pov with... Hawkmoth)

Hawkmoth paces back and fourth, mumbling to himself. suddenly
"i sense negative emotions" he takes a deep breath, "an enraged fan is crying due to Adrian's sudden disappearances. i can work with this" he laughs evilly
"fly away my little akuma and evilise her!"
