The doctor comes over and says that " Me, my dad,and sister were hit by a drunk driver in a semi ,and that I collided on my dad's side ,also that there was no way that he could ever live without multiple heart attacks ever so often without one day dying.
She try's so hard not to cry, but starts to feel the hot tears burn their why down her face and in an instant she ducts under her thin soft blanket. She didn't sleep at all that night because all she could think about was "WHY ME, WHY NOT MY DAD, WHY DID HE HAVE TO DIE, AND ME LIVE ,WHY!!!!!!!"
Then she finally fell asleep ,but started to dream about the accident ,and woke up screaming at the top of her lungs, her boyfriend jumped and said to "calm down, " and hugged her after that she felt safe in his arms, then he climbed in the bed with her. She woke up snuggled up in his arms. they had their heads side by side, and her head on his soft and comfortable chest.
Then she looks around and sees that she's In her bed room ,and is so confused how can she fall asleep in a hospital bed and wake up in hers she gets up and walks to the kitchen and sees her mom crying and goes to hug her , then her boyfriend walks in , and she try's to hug him but falls through him. Then bolts to her room and lays on the bed crying and thinks "Am I dead , if so how and when.
Then she starts to hear a high pitched" Beep," over and over again, and doesn't know what to think. that night she hoped that this was just a dream but wakes up to the same high pitch beeping noise, but can't open her eyes then feels a a hand touch her head, and her boyfriend say " hope if you can hear me I want you to know that I will never leave u, and that I will love you forever no mater what," then hope try's so hard to scream "David I'm here , an I love u too," but it was no use he could not hear her she falls back asleep, then finally when she opens her eyes she sees the hospital ceiling, looks over and sees her boyfriend.
Then he looks at her and is so surprised and, then the doctor comes in and says "Its a miracle,I can't believe it," hope is so confused and then her mom says " hope you have been in coma for a week, and that everyone was worried that she would not make it.
TWO YEARS LATER...
They are all at the grave yard staring at a shiny rock that says "here lies a father/ husband, and a great man," and at the bottom it says " in memory of jimmy carter," with a picture of him.
Then David pulled hope aside and said," Hope I know we have been Dating for a long while now and I want to ask u something," then he got down on one knee and said ," Hope carter WILL YOU MARRY ME," and hope Bursted into tears and said," YES David I will marry you,"
Then David stood up and kissed hope, and her sister,and mom walk over and hug her as tight as they can,and congratulated her. A few weeks pasted and hope had almost had the wedding planed out and tomorrow her ,her mom and sister were going to pick out the dress while David and his buddy's when to get his tusk, everything was perfect till she found out that her mom had to go on a business trip tomorrow and could not go to the dress fitting. she was so devastated, and almost started to cry,but stopped her self, and thought how could her mom miss the most important moment in her daughters life.
