Time with you brings so much joy / too bad I'm moving to Illinois
Every rose has it's torn / I wish you were never born
Your love kept me going strong / now it's time to move along
For you, I would give the world any day / Just as long as I don't stay (I wrote this one with a friend)
I think of you each and every night / it always gives me such a freight
During the night, you are my spark / turns out I really like the dark
My love for you, strong as a rose / but only after the beauty goes
