Your alarm is blaring in the morning making you groan. When you soon realize why it's going off you jump out of bed and begin dressing in your first day fit.

You're dressed in a dark blue button up shirt, matched with black jeans that are easy to move around in. You slip on your boots with a slight heel, roll up your sleeves to your forearm, grab your bag and head out the door.

As you're locking your door you hear another voice.
"Oh hey, Y/N. Are you heading to work?" Spencer says locking his door as well. "Yeah I am. I'm pretty nervous and I don't want to be late so I'll see you later", you reply back with a smile.

You get into your car and nervousness begins to consume your body. To ease your nerves you blast some Harry Styles and yell the lyrics.

After a short drive you arrive at the building. You make your way in the building receiving your gun and badge.

You enter the elevator and the doors are closing until you hear someone yell "WAIT MAMAS HOLD THE DOOR!"

You put your foot in the door and see a muscular black man enter.

"Uhm what floor", you ask the man shyly. "Floor six like you. What are you doing here, I don't think I've seen a hot stuff like you around before, I'm Derek by the way", the man is doing a smirk the whole time.

"I'm Y/N, I'm actually a new agent starting today", you're looking at the floor the whole time. "Hold up, you're the new agent? What, Elle just left. I mean I'm glad you're here, but wow this is fast", Derek seems to be stunned.

"Oh, uhm who's Elle", you were very confused because if you were replacing someone on the team they might not like you.

"She was on this team for a while but then she just quite because this job took a big toll on her, but don't worry I'm sure everyone is gonna love you."

"I hope so", the elevator door open and the two of you exit. You head straight to Hotch's office because he wanted to see you before everyone gathered at the round table.

You knocked on the door nervous as ever. "Come in", you slowly opened the door to see Aaron Hotchner sitting at his desk with your files.

"Ah Y/N, glad you could make it. Was the drive alright", Hotch asks with a slight smile. "It was just fine, sir", you say politely looking at his office.

"I see you've already met agent Derek Morgan. I'll introduce you to the rest of the team shortly. We also have a case today so this will be good for your first day."

"Wow, this is pretty unreal. I've always wanted to be here", you say with a slight smile forming on your face. "You deserve and have earned to be here. And call me Hotch around here" Hotch is smiling at you.

"Alrighty...Hotch" you reply with a chuckle. "Well usually Gideon would be in here with us too but he's a bit busy today so you'll meet him next week. But as of right now everyone is waiting for your arrival, so we should head out", Hotch begins staring up, directing you to the door.

As you're making your way to the round table room your excitement grows.

"Good morning team. I would like to introduce you all to the newest edition, Dr. Y/F/N Y/L/N." You glance around and get smiles from everyone.

"Y/N why don't you share some things about you."

"Uhm, well I have three PhDs in chemistry, engineering, and criminology. I have one BA in psychology. I graduated high school at 12. I've lived in Virginia my whole life. And that's about it for now", you're slightly red and nervous.
