Imagine: today is your 17th birthday and you and Matt have been best friends for a while now.
Your POV: Ding Ding! Your phone goes off. "Really? It's 4:38 in the morning! Who would text me this early?!" You check your phone and a smile takes over your face. It was Matthew. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY Y/N! I CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU LATER!" You texted him back saying this "MATTHEW LEE ESPINOSA. DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT TIME IT IS?! YOU KNOW HOW MUCH MY SLEEP MEANS TO ME." And Matthew responded with this "WELL SOOORY . I WANTED TO BE THE FIRST ONE TO WISH YOU A HAPPY BIRTHDAY. AND YES I KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS. IT IS 4:40 NOW." You fell asleep laughing after he texted that.
* IT IS NOW 10:47 am*
Matthews POV: I wake up and check my phone. "10:47" I say to myself. I could help but think of y/n. She's just so perfect.. Wait.. Am I..? Am I falling for y/n? Looks like I am.. I decided to finally get out of bed and go take a shower.
Your POV: I looked at my phone is realized the time. "HOLY CRaP ITS 11:00 AND PEOPLE ARE GOING TO GET HERE AT 11:35" I
Hoped in the shower and took a really quick one. I put on some mascara, a little bit of eye shadow, and a little bit of eye liner. For an outfit I was wearing: all black Vans, white high waisted shorts, and a maroon crop top. I then straightened my hair as quick as possible.
Matts POV: I got out of the shower and made sure I did my hair good. I threw on some camo skinny jeans, a grey shirt, and black Vans. Then I thought to myself 'what should I get y/n?!' Then, the perfect thing popped into my head and a huge grin came upon my face.
Your POV: I was siting on the couch watching Drake and Josh ( IDC IF THAT SHOW IS OLD I STLL LOVE IT😂). "POLICE, OPEN THE DOOR NOW" 'WHAT THE HELL?!' I said to myself. I opened it and it was Matt. "OMFG MATTHEW! I HATE YOU!" You yell at him. "Hello to you too" he smirked. Matt sat on the couch next to me and for a while their was an awkward silence.
Matts POV: it was dead silent for about 5 minutes until I said this: "SOO.. Y/n" I giggled. "Where is everyone?" I asked. "I don't know." She said. "Hey Matt," she said to me. "Yes?" I say. "Where's my gift bish?" She giggled. I guess nows the time to tell her..
Your POV: I was staring at Matt when I realized he didn't have a present for me. I didn't really care, it's just that every year Matt usually gets me a gift. " where's my gift bish?" I joked around and giggled. Matt had a nervous look on his face. He started to lean in and I did too. It was amazing. Sparks went off. It's everything I dreamed of. He pulled and smiled. "Best birthday present ever." I say to him. "There's more" he says to me.
Matts POV: That. Was. Amazing. I said to myself after we pulled apart. "Best birthday present ever." y/n said. "there's more" I say with a smirk. "Y/n.. Will you be my girlfriend?"
Your POV: I can't believe what I just heard. Matthew Lee Espinosa, want me Y/N/N, to be HIS girlfriend. "Of course!" I tell him.
Matts POV: "Y/n..will you be my girlfriend?" I asked. Their was a long pause. A bunch of thing we're going through my mind like: 'what is she says no' and 'what if she doesn't have feeling for me' she finally answered with "of course!" I could tell my checks turned bright red. "One more thing-" I say to her. "You ready?" I ask. "Yes." She says. "Ok, here it goes.. Y/n.. WILL YOU GO ON TOUR WITH ME AND THE BOYS?!" I ask excitedly.
Your POV: j can't believe what Matt just said. "Wait.. Wha?" I ask to make sure I heard the right thing. " DO YOU WANT TO COME WITH ME AND THE BOYS AND GO ON TOUR WITH US?!" "Oh Matt! I would love too!" You hug him and thank him 1,000,000 times.
