Shuichis POV
Kaito.. God if I had the words to tell you how I felt. Your amazing purple eyes and your over the top excitement with things. It's so hard communicating though hand writing.. I'm Mute but I want to change that for you. Kaito walked into the room with big things of paper and smiled at me "good morning shuichi." I opened my mouth to speak but I've never had speak therapy. I whined a little. I just want to talk.. I wrote down on a piece of paper 'good morning Kaito' He tilted his head "you were gonna talk?" I sighed and gave a small weak little mumble. Even I don't know what I said. "It's progress right?" I nodded softly and played with my hands. I'm embarrassed that he has to see me do this... I built enough emotional strength and said softly "k.. Kaito..." He looked up in complete excitement. "Shuichi you!" He squealed happily. I giggled at him. He hugged me tightly and whispered "I'm so proud of you.. Plus your voice is beautiful.." I turned red and hid my face. I still was a little embarrassed about it but not too embarrassed. After awhile kaito got up with his stuff. "Be safe okay?" I nodded softly. When he left my dorm I softly tried talking again "kaito..." Why do I keep saying his name.. There's nothing wrong with that it makes me flustered.
Kaitos POV
I can't believe he spoke, none the less that he said my name! He's so adorable and I have no idea how to tell him. I walked up to the others and smiled "good morning guys!" Miu looked at me and laughed "your way to excited. What happened?" I giggled. "He spoke." Kiibo looked at me confused. "What did he say?" I smirked softly. "Believe it or not he said my name." Maki looked down awkwardly. Miu looked at her "Maki you alright?" "Yeah just tired." Maki hurried off and then shuichi came in a few minutes later. "Well good morning Shu!" He wrote down on a piece of paper good morning but before he could finish writing Kokichi grabbed the paper and threw it on the ground. Shuichi looked athim. "What was.." The others light up from shuichis voice but I walked over and pushed Kokichi away from him and handed the paper back to shuichi. He didn't take it back so I could tell he was embarrassed. I grabbed his hand and led him away. "It's okay.." I took him back to my lab and sat down in a chair and set him on my lap and smiled. He was red but giggling "T.. Thank you kaito.." I smiled but before I could say anything. "Can I.. Tell you something..." I nodded. He looked away and teared up and whispered "I.. I love you kaito..."
