"Could you fall for a woman like me!" Perrie belted. The girls posing together as the pyrotechnics went off.
"For a woman like me." Leigh-Anne followed softly.
The crowd erupted as the music came to an epic end and the heavy breathing of four superstars could be heard through the loud speakers. Little Mix had once again shown why they were the biggest girl band in the world. The lights begin to fade and the broadcast cuts to Jack Whitehall.
Niall stopped paying much attention to the show after that instead pulling out his phone and smiling at the pretty girl he had set as his background. She hated that picture, said she looked awful, that was one thing they disagreed on- how gorgeous she really was. He opened her contact before typing a quick message, rewording it several times before he was happy with it. She took a few minutes to respond but he knew she was busy.

He blushed at his phone. He was completely enamoured with this girl, she was everything and more. It's funny how you can love someone so much despite only being together for a few months. Thinking about it, she was definitely out of his league. She was probably one of the most beautiful women he had ever seen, funny, smart and talented beyond belief. He didn't understand what she saw in him.
He decided not to delve to deep into why he thought Jade deserved better and instead went to her fridge in search of a beverage to drink while he waited to watch her win a Brit. They deserved to win, despite not being super close with her friends, he knew how hard each of those girls worked, if Jades schedule was anything to go by. It was inspiring.
The show wasn't as engaging to the Irish man, especially since he was no longer watching his incredible girlfriend preform but he continued to watch out of fear of missing her category.
God he was screwed, he was head over heals in love with her.

She froze in disbelief, she couldn't fathom this. Jade snapped out of her thoughts as jumped out of her chair to hug her three best friends after they had hugged their significant others, obviously she wished she could have brought her own but she wanted to have something special, something private, just for a little while. Somehow she found herself holding a microphone, scrambling a thank you speech. They always had her make speeches, something about being clever, she never really understood why.
Everything after the speech was one big blur, they were ushered into the press room before they were allowed to return to their seats. Soon the show had ended and most of the girls and their team were going out to celebrate, Jade -however- had other plans.
She found herself digging her phone out of her bag while she sat in the back of a cab. She had changed into some sweats and a hoodie that belonged to a certain someone, smiling slightly at the notification she'd been sent an hour prior.

Her attention was pulled from her phone by the taxi coming to a halt. She quickly paid the driver and ran into her apartment buildings, almost falling out of the car as she did so. She smiled at her doorman as sh walked briskly to the lift. Jade couldn't help but be angry every time the lift stopped on her way up, almost cursing out one woman fro taking to long to choose her floor.
Finally the lift came to her floor, not a moment too soon in her opinion, she bolted out the sliding doors and down the corridor, keys in hand. She almost ran past her flat before she rammed the key into the door.
Then it was open.
She collected herself before making her way inside, dropping the bag on the floor as soon as she got in, then turning to lock the door. Then she felt hands wrap around her waist, she jumped slightly before turning around and smiling brightly at the man holding her.
He was perfect. Smiling brightly at her, that smile. "Hi," she whispered. Giggling softly as he pulled her closer then pulling her off the ground and spinning her.
"I'm so proud of you!" He announced as he slowly placed her down again. Then before she could even reply, his lips were on hers- not that she was complaining. She could never get over this feeling. Love. She felt high on it. He was sweet and gentle, warm and soft. It ended before it could pick up and becoming anything else as they broke apart slowly.
Jade lifted her head to look up into Niall's eyes, they held nothing but pride and love. "You are incredible," he whispered- their eyes still locked- "I love you" . She blushed feverishly as she leaned her head into his chest, he pulled her into a tight bear hug.
"Love you too," she mumbled into his chest. They stayed like that for ten minutes or so. "Can we go to bed now, I'm still tired." He chuckled at her whining before grabbing her hand and pulling her towards her own bedroom. The second they were in she leapt onto the bed, lifting the covers and patting the space beside her.
He made his way over to her and slipped into the bed beside her, instantaneously she wrapped an arm and leg around him. He couldn't move if he wanted to. "You're a koala, you know that right." Despite his words, he cuddled into her more, wrapping an arm around her.
"You know you love it." She replied smartly. She felt him nod and kiss the the top her head, making her smile wide.
"Of course I do."
