Waking up next to one of the most beautiful women in the world was something Niall felt he could only dream about less than a year ago but these days it was becoming a regular occurrence. The sun (which was pouring through the bedroom window) was glistening across her tan skin, her arm still tightly held across his torso, her face smooshed in his shoulder. Niall decides he has never felt this content before as he brushes his arm lazily up and shown her arm. He thinks that this is the way he wants to wake up for the rest of his life.

And it's crazy really. Sure they've known each other since 2011 and had been friends since 2013 (although it was often off and on, due to their incompatible schedules at the time), they've only been together for a few months. Yet still here he is praying he'll get to wake up next to Jade for the rest of his life. Of course, he's had a crush on her since god knows when, he ties to argue with himself but he knows is no use, he's fallen so hard.

Jade is the picture of beauty, even if she still has half of last night's makeup on -the other half having rubbed off on his shoulder through the night- and she's wearing only a t-shirt (he's almost certain was his once apron a time) and her underwear. Sure he's had other relationships, some that lasted longer than this one has been going on, but he can honestly say he's never felt this way about any of them and that scares him.

His phone buzzes on the night stand next to his head, he rolls his eyes. He really couldn't care less about what the group chat is saying right now, sorry boys. She stirs, pulling his attention back to where it belongs, Jade, eyes blinking open tiredly before she decides she'd rather keep them closed.

"Morning," she mumbles- the vice grip she had on him slowly loosening, "have you been awake for long?" She glances up at him, smiling a bit, her big brown eyes look almost gold in the sunshine. He shakes his head, smile reflecting the one she wears. "Good. I want to lay here for a bit. Please."

He holds her tighter and leans down to kiss her forehead, "course."

...

An hour or so of chatting and commenting on Instagram pictures later, the pair eventually decided they should do something other than lay in bed. After breakfast -lunch- they had both been digging for clothes in Jades room. Niall had recently gained a small space in her wardrobe to keep some clothes, he put on his SnapBack -because his hair is a mess- before turning around to see Jade smirking at him. She walks up to him smiling devilishly and )despite his protests) takes his hat off him, putting it on her own head backwards.

"Excuse you!" He said in an annoyed tone, but the fond smile on his face told her all she needed. She then proceeded to walk to her own wardrobe and picked out her own snapback putting on his head to match her (his) own.

"Come stand in the mirror and take a picture with me," she was laughing the entire time. Pulling out her phone and posing, she waited for Niall to come join her. As soon the picture was snapped she burst into a fit of laughter, "we look ridiculous."

She held up the phone so he could see, she wasn't wrong. They looked like a pair of idiots but he couldn't care less when he was with Jade. "Can I post that on my Instagram?"

She pondered it for a moment before nodding. "Only if we can post an equally embarrassing one on my account?" She pouted, giving him big puppy eyes, silently persuading him to say yes.

"How could I say no to that face."

"You can't, that's why I always get what I want." They both laughed for little while, then sat on the bed cuddle together in a comfortable silence. "You can wear my classes, for the picture I mean." She gave him the look again in hopes of getting what she wanted.
