"No but how do I tell him?" I ask, pacing around the room back and forth as I bit my finger. I have no idea how long I've been doing this already. It felt like hours.

"First of all, girl, calm down." Soohee laughs. "And just straight up tell him "Yes!" that's it."

I stopped in front of her, placing my hands on my waist. "That's so stupid, I just come up to him and go say YES! that's what you're telling me?" I raised an eyebrow.

She nods her head as if she's proud.

"Where's your brain?"

I grabbed a fist full of hair, feeling frustrated but also nervous.

Right at that moment, the door swung open. I fixed myself when I saw that it was Ni-ki and Jay who entered. Jay immediately sat next to Soohee.

"What are you guys doing in here?" Jay asked.

"Just talking about stuff." Soohee smiled.

I looked at her, asking for help. She just looked at Ni-ki then back to me, as if she's telling me to say it already.

"Jay do you maybe wanna go out for a while?" She asked him as she stood up.

"What? Why? But I just got here."

"No questions young man." Soohee dragged him outside before he could even protest, now it was just me and Ni-ki.

My palms were sweaty and my heart was beating so loud, he could probably hear it.

"So, what now?" He asks, awkwardly scratching his neck as he tries to start a conversation. "It's just you and me."

"Y-yeah." I couldn't look at him directly in the eyes. "Hey there's something I umm wanted to tell you."

"What is it?"

I feel like I'm about to faint. "You've been courting me for a few months now, right?"

He nodded his head.

"I uhh. What was I going to say again?" I laugh awkwardly.

"Why are you asking me that? you should know."

I looked down, feeling embarassed. I can't get the words out of my mouth.

I just stood there awkwardly, not knowing what to do while Ni-ki waits for me to say something.

"Damn do I need to do everything for you?" We heard the door opened, there stood Soohee. Jay was peeping behind her. "She wants to say that you're officially dating."

Ni-ki looked at me, shocked. "What? Is she joking?"

"No."

He smiled and pulled me into a hug. I stood frozen for a second, he was way too quick for me to even react. Eventually I smiled and hugged back. I saw Soohee and Jay smiling as well as they stood on the door.

"I'm gonna take care of you, I promise."
