Chapter 21| Clues

A week later and Sam hasn't got back to Hogwarts yet. Everyone seem to be quiet after the tragic event happen. But one night a slytherin wonders around the halls, with a hood on it's robe.

The student look around, checking if someone's there but after the area is clear. A slytherin made a huge scratch through the walls, and vandalized the few. The living painting don't know who made this disaster but they know some.

The next day, dumbledore was very furious. The paintings told Dumbledore that a slytherin student made this huge mess. It has a red hair and tall, but they didn't know if it's a boy or a girl.

Dumbledore spoke without hesitation, "Nishikino! My office now" he said and everyone look at maki, many students gossip and some are disgust by her.

Maki went inside the office, without thinking second thoughts. "You called?" Maki said. Dumbledore sigh and sit down on his chair "Maki, many students told me that your the one who made a huge mess" Maki rolled her eyes "your saying that it's my fault that I made a huge mess even though it's a lie" Dumbledore look at his table and grab something.

"I'm not saying that it's your fault but, in my concern and judgement. Nishikino your behavior is up the roof, so as your Headmaster I have no choice but to expelled you"Maki's eyes wided.

"It's not fair! I didn't do anything! I didn't do anything bad on Sam or Hogwarts." Maki demanded "I know your not, but myrtle told me you left the common room the night of the incident" Maki got mad

"That's not true! I didn't left the common room that night! Ask kanan and riko! I am telling you old man I am innocent" She shouted and slam the table "Who ever did this, they frame me up" Dumbledore stood up "Do you have any evidence?" He ask. Maki didn't answered.

Dumbledore grab her shoulder "Maki, I'll give you two months-- Two months to prove your inocence, but as for now. The Ministry of Magic will be taking a visit to investigate the accident on Sam's tragic event." Maki look at him and left. "Piss off old man" She mumbled as she left.

As she left, she look very angery. That they made a way for her in hallways.  "I heared you called by dumbledore" Kanan said and Riko catch up "What did he say?" She ask by that Maki saw mrtyle. She grab her collar and slam her on the wall

"What did you tell Dumbledore?" Maki got mad that she tighten her grip. "I'm not affriad of you, ever since that incident. All the hauses are disgusted by us thanks to you" she said "so your blaming on me? Even though I'm not the one did it" Maki said in anger

"Tell your lies all you want, I know what I saw. You left the common room the night when it happen." Maki greeted her teeth "How's that even in possible! I didn't left the common room" she said. "She's right, cause maki was with us" Riko stared and kanan agreed.

She laugh "Are you trying to defend her? Don't you see, she's clearly the one who cast a spell on Lovegood that day of the dual event cause she's an heartless death eater in her blood won't you maki?" Maki got so mad that she make a fight. She punches mrytle so many times until Eli and Umi came it to stop them.

Umi is a prefect of the Gryffindors and Eli is now a substitute prefect of the Ravenclaws. "Stop it!" Umi push Maki roughly and Eli help mrytle to go to the hospital wing. "You got rid one of the student already! Don't make her next!" Umi shouted at her and help Eli sending mrytle to the hospital wing.

Mrytle was badly injured, mostly the face and everyone look at maki in disgust. She got so piss that she shouted and left, riko followed her but kanan stop her "Give her some time to cool off" she said as they watch maki walk away to the crowd.
