Harry Potter [ life after war ]

chapter 1:

The wind snuck through my latched open  window, i had been writing in my jounal. i looked up to see a dot coming closer to my from the distance. as it grew bigger its shape became more familier. it had wings and had seem to be caring something. i was curious and pushed open my window widder and then in flew a owl. it was light grey with patches of brown. what a beautiful creature i thought to my self. it dropted a letter on my desk and flew out into the sky. i  opened it carfuly trying not to rip it incase it didnt belong to me." Welcome to Hagwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry" i read out. " mum, mum, come look what i have!" i shouted. my mum came rushing in with my dad Peter and younger brother Vance. "we got in!" i explained "me and vance are going to hogwarts, first tomorrow " My mum and dad jumped with joy. Ever since last month when my old bording wizardry school had crumbled to the ground my parents have non stop been trying to get us in somewhere. beacause its already in the school year we havent been getting any responce, ones we have said no. "the is wonderful suzie" my dad said to my mum. 

Nightfall fell and my bags were packed. my Hufflepuff outfit was all set for 7th year. my brothers ravenclaw outfit was all set for his 4th year. apparently siblings are in the same house, I guess because its already through the term they were going for our best needs. my brother has always been known for his precious looks and super knowledge. he can be a such a drag and mum is always sucking up to him. I switched on my salt lamp with my wand to get prepared, I was a little rusty. I curled up under the covers to get a good nights sleep for the big day.

The hens for my farm called. I jumped up in fear after seeing a very ugly man, guess it was just a dream I kept telling myself. I made my way to the kitchen to be surprised with pancakes. "morning Casolyn, care for some breakfast" mum said. I sat down next to my dad who was reading the daily prophet. I peered over his shoulder to see- my dad quickly folded up the news paper and said "alright there love? want some syrup for those pancakes?"  "sure thanks" as  I reached over to grab the sticky bottle. I soon had ate up the food so quick I couldn't stop for a breath. I saw the time and quickly got ready to head out. as I made my was to the door I could see my brother was already sat in the car. it was an invisible car so he looked ridiculous sitting on air. I chuckled to myself and we all buckled up. "school of witchcraft and wizardry, here we come!" shouted my dad. 

We drove down the long dust path which soon lead up to a road, my mum took out her wand and casted a spell on the car. we soon stared to rise like a balloon. I hadn't been out in weeks so I was thrilled to be up in the sky again. we kept on going up until we were past the clouds. hours pasted and it had been a while and I was getting fed up of my bother wanting to roll down the window. I had my headphone in listening to some tunes while watching us go by. I felt the car starting to lower witch meant we was coming to a stop. I saw a massive river, a huge forest and then there it was...
