Welcome back, remaining participants of the Shadows Graphics War! Congratulations on making it to Round 2 :)
For this round, you will be making a cover based on a prompt I have written. Please read the prompt carefully and follow the prompt exactly as stated! I can't wait to see what you guys come up with!
Title: Hurt Me Once
Subtitle: Ten years ago, she was kidnapped. Now, she demands answers.
Author: Put your name as the author! And don't forget to include the name of the graphics war on the cover somewhere too.
Blurb: After spending the last ten years in therapy to cope with the trauma from being kidnapped, Riley Summers is now a new person. Fresh out of college, she seeks revenge against those who wronged her. And luckily for her, she has all the information she needs to successfully get what she wants.
1. She was kidnapped on November 2, 2010, while walking through Marigold Plaza in San Diego, California.
2. Her kidnapper's code name is Ace.
3. She was kidnapped for a kind of test, although she escaped before finding out what the test was.
Now, if that seemed like a lot, throw in a handsome young man who claims to have attended high school with her, a lost puppy with an extraordinarily strange collar who keeps following her around, and the mysterious murders of ten politicians in one night, and things get even spicier.
What really happened on the night of November 2, 2010? And what is going on now?
No one knows the answer to those questions. But Riley is determined to find out.
And she will either succeed, or die trying.
Face claim: Victoria Justice as Riley Summers
Requirements: You must include a picture of Riley somewhere on the cover (her face does not necessarily need to be shown, but if it is, please use the stated face claim). The mood should be gloomy and dark, not bright or cheerful. The color scheme should either be black and red, or red and gold (you choose!). Oh, and the dimensions should be 512 x 800 px. Also, don't forget to include your materials.
