SMUT WARNING LIKE DIRTY SMUT WARNING

Kat woke before Theo the next morning. Looking too peaceful to disturb, Kat made her way to the bathroom, brushing her teeth and cleaning herself up a bit. She tried hard not to blush at the the bruises on her hipbone or the purple love bites on her neck.

She threw on Theo's white button up, silently walking into the kitchen. It didn't take too long to get everything she needed, bringing the two cups of coffee to the bedroom. She leaned against the doorframe, taking in the sight.

Theo was shirtless, only the white sheet covering his lower half. He propped himself up on his elbow and gave her a warm smile. His curls were everywhere but in a sexy way. The nail marks on his chest was still prominent. They had woken up at 4am, only to have Theo pin her down beneath him.

He worshiped every part of her, again and again. They managed to fall back asleep around 7am. He sipped the coffee as she straddled his lap. He scooted back to the headboard so he could wrap a free arm her waist.

"How'd you sleep?" His voice was raspy, making her face flush as she thought about all the sex they ended up having.

"Better than I have in the last two months. A little sore though." She giggled, placing her mug on the nightstand. "Mmm" He hummed, closing his eyes to picture their night together.

Theo stared up at the beautiful girl on top of him and he felt warm. For the first time, in a long time, he felt like he was home.

"How long do I have you today?" She questioned, nuzzling her nose with his. He chuckled at the feeling, pecking the tip of her nose before answering. "I have a meeting with a couple Ministry members, then i'll be home before dinner. Are you still going out with Astoria?"

"Yeah, we're meeting for coffee in about two hours. She said she's bringing Pansy Parkinson." Kat said, shifting her hips on his lap to get a little more comfortable. He let out a loud groan as she did so. "Don't start something you can't finish, my love." He said, his eyes darkening.

She laughed as he flipped them over, now hovering over Kat. He brushed a strand of blonde hair out of her face, twirling it in his fingers for a moment. He leaned down to place a small wet kiss to her exposed collarbone. His teeth gripped the white button up, tugging lightly. She let out a laugh, pushing his chest softly.

"Can I ask you something?" She said in a hushed tone.

"Anything."

"Last night you said you needed to protect me. From what exactly?" Her voice shook, like she was uncertain about the wording of the question.

Theo took a breath and rolled to lay beside her. He propped his head up on his elbow, turning on his side to see her better. His furrowed brow made him look like he was deep in thought. In this situation, Theo was unsure of exactly what to say or how to say it.

"I'm not too sure myself. I just know that there are so many awful things in this world, so many awful people. The thought of you going to another wizard -" His body shuttered. "The things that would've happened to you. I needed to save you from that."

"But Theo, you weren't in control of the sorting process." She replied.

His blood ran cold and his speech stopped for a moment. However not enough to make her curious. He knew he had everything to do with her sorting process. The arrangement law required anyone that requested a specific person to pay a price. It was essentially to stake their claim.

Theo knew how it would come across, he bought her. Nevertheless, it wasn't the time for Theo to start spilling his truths. If she figured it out, she would probably leave. "Right. I just got lucky, I guess."
