It was late maybe 2:56...i havent slept like always i had tons of work to do i could hear finch walking down the hall. He was most likely heading to his office to do some stuff i gave him. Its been about 2 weeks since ive seen nightmare and as much as a hate saying this. I missed him...my door creaked open i looked at the ground to see champion "Hey boy" all i got was a small puff then he plopped on the floor. I got up and walked to the kitchen. Id need coffee so i didnt collapse. I heard ruffling in the closet so i opened it and...i saw a short purple human. "Nightmare!" I yelled. "Aha hi dream"
His voice went through my ears it was calm and deep and...i loved it..it made me feel safe he didnt sound worried that i might kill him..
"Why are you here nightmare. How did you get it." I sounded strict but on the inside my heart was pumping. "Well im here cause i uh..wanted to see you and i came in from the door- finch forgot to lock it and the guards fell asleep" I wasnt gonna blame finch he was probably close to passing out when he left and forgot but the guards. Real- WAIT he m-missed me.. honestly i was to tired to try and kill him, he looked tired too so i mean..why not..let him stay? "Well night its late d-do you wanna stay?" I didnt mean to stutter i put my hand on my neck nervously. He blinked. "It is late...wait you wont kill me right..?" I had no intention on hurting him. "No. I do not wish to harm you" ive grow tired of hurting him everytime i see him in pain if hurts my heart.."..ill stay" i smiles and picked him up a blush appeared on both of our faces "OI PUT MY DOWN BIG BIRD RIP OFF" I- "Be quite night ink is sleeping" i placed him down on the couch and cuddled him. "I missed doing this night.." "Me too dreamy.." ..."I sorry for hurting you nightmare...i-...i love you..." i saw his face turn red and smiled hoping he would say it back "i love you too dreamy.." After a few minutes his the way he was breathing told me he was asleep i loved him so much...champion ran in and jumped on the couch and layed down on nightmares leg... i guess my paper work could wait.. i wrapped my arms tighter around nightmare and closed my eyes..

When i woke up ink and finch where looking at me and nightmare. "Damn boss you got a boyfriend" ink said "Ink they may not be dateing" finch added "we can-" i heard nightmare say under me "Id like that.." i said.
