Overwhelmed

Chapter 3

Last time on Overwhelmed...

All of a sudden the lights flickered and the fountain sputtered. A purple warp thing appeared and villains started spilling out of it. "13 protect the students." "I thought we were saving people?" Midoriya took a step forward. "Get back." Aizawa snapped.

"This is real, these are villains."

Present time...

Akari POV

My eyes widened. A familiar figure walked out of the portal. "Tomura Shigaraki." I spat. "It's nice to see you again Akari, I was told All Might should be here. Isn't it fitting that he would die here?" He said in the same raspy voice that I first heard 3 years ago.

"13 get the students out if here." Aizawa said, his scarf unwrapping. "Your quirk isn't suited for front line fighting!" Midoriya said worriedly. Aizawa glanced back at us.

"You can't be a pro if you only have one trick." He jumped down and started attacking the villains.

"Come on students! Follow me." 13 started leading us away. The warp gate guy got in front of us. "I can not let you leave." He said. Suddenly I remembered his name. Kirogiri.

All of a sudden Kirishima and Bokugo jumped at him. "YOU IDIOTS!" I yelled.

I felt it wrap around me. It felt like I was falling. My feet hit the ground and I looked around. The blizzard zone. I thought to myself.

I saw villains and they started attacking me. I focused my strength on my arms and legs and felt them being pumped with power. I kicked someone and sent them flying across the USJ.

I was quickly being overwhelmed. This is the only way.

Shadows shot out around me and knocked everything away from me. I wrapped shadows around one of the villains neck. "Why are you here?" I growled. "We're here to kill All Might. The nomu was supposed to kill him!" He choked out.

I knocked all of them out and ran towards the others. A big bird thing was holding Aizawa down. It smashed his face into the ground. All of a sudden a blur ran by and Aizawa wasn't there. I saw him by Midoriya and the frog girl.

I saw Shigaraki standing a couple feet away from the bird creature. "Shigaraki." I growled. "Oh hello Akari." He said turning to me. "If you think you can kill All Might then you are stupid." I spat.

He laughed. "Nomu can kill him! Watch and learn. Nomu." He said. The Nomu thing ran at All Might. They were fighting and I noticed that All Might was bleeding. Oh shit. Oh shit. Oh shit.

Before I knew what I was doing I ran at the Nomu. I'm an idiot. I'm gonna die.

I slammed my body into the Nomu and it got sent flying at least 7 feet away. "Young Akari!" All Might yelled. I stepped away from it. My side ached. "Leave All Might alone." I growled.

I noticed Shigaraki was running at me. I dodged his hand. It flew past my face. I stuck my leg out and tripped him.

He got up quickly and launched at me again. I punched him in the stomach.

I kicked Shigaraki in the back. I felt something hit the back of my head. I fell to the ground. My vision became blurred. I felt something pick me up and it ran with me quickly. I couldn't hear anymore.

I saw a mop of messy green hair before my vision failed. Everything went black.

After the battle

I woke up to the sound of people talking. I opened my eyes and saw a scrawny blonde man sitting next to the bed I was in. All Might.

"Hi." I croaked out. His head snapped in my direction. "Young Akari!" He exclaimed. I sat up and felt a dull pain in my side. "What you did was very stupid." He said sternly. "I know. My body moved before I could even think about what was happening."

"It was stupid however, you did save me a couple of very needed seconds." I smiled. The door opened and revealed Shinso looking very worried. "AKARI!" He yelled and ran over to me. He wrapped his arms around me. I buried my head into his shoulder.

"Your an idiot!" He yelled. "I know." I said smiling. "You need to be more careful." He said releasing me. I laughed. I slowly stood up.

After recovery girl was done making sure I was ok to be walking I went back to class. It was the end of the day and when I opened the door everyone looked at me. "Hi." I said waving slightly.

All of a sudden I was wrapping in several pairs of arms. When I was released I packed up my things.

Me and Shinso walked home. After we ate dinner and did homework it was time for bed.

I tried to sleep but I couldn't. I walked into the kitchen and grabbed a glass of water. "What are you doing up?" Said a deep husky voice behind me. I turned and saw a sleepy Shinso. "Did I wake you up Sleepy Kitty?" I asked. He shook his head.

"I got thirsty." I said before drinking my water. He nodded. He came over and wrapped his arms around me. "You scarred me. I didn't know what happened to you." He whispered into my hair.

I wrapped my arms around his stomach. "I'm sorry." I said softly. "You need to be more careful." He said pulling away to look me in the eyes. I looked down at me feet.

He held my chin and made me look at his face. "I'm not mad at you. I just got worried." He said gently.

I buried my face into his chest. "It's time for bed." He said releasing me from his arms. I missed his warmth. "Ok." I said yawning. "Can we cuddle?" I asked doing the puppy dog eyes. "Yeah." He said softly.

I laid in my bed and he laid down next to me, wrapping his arms around me. I cuddled closer to him, enjoying the heat radiating off his body.

In the morning

I woke up to someone nudging my shoulder. I opened my eyes and saw Shinso Leaning over me. "It's time for school." I nodded. He left the room.

I got dressed and went into the kitchen. "Ahh! We have to get to school! We're gonna be late!" I said frantically packing my bag. 

We ran to school. I got into class 1 minute before the bell would ring. I went and sat at my desk. People crowded around me. "That was so cool how you sent that Nomu flying!" "Yeah and were you the one that sent all those villains flying from the blizzard zone?"

They asked so many questions and I started to panic. I noticed Mr. Aizawa standing in the door way. "Hello." I said calmly. All the students turned and started yelling. I put my hand over my ears and squeaked. Why are they so loud?

They all turned to me. Great. Now they're looking at me. "Akari has sensitive ears. If you could all be quiet that would be good for her." Aizawa said. "Sorry." A lot of my classmates said.

"Mr Aizawa shouldn't you be resting?" Uraraka asked. "My well being isn't important. Your fight isn't over." "Our fight? Do we have to fight more bad guys!?" "The sports festival is coming up." The class sighed a sigh of relief.

I slowly started dozing off. "That means you can't start slacking on your training..."

A/N ok I'm SOOO sorry for taking so long! I had some personal issues to take care of and I haven't been in the right mindset for a little while. I didn't feel good enough to write another chapter. I'm slowly getting better. Enough about me and my problems, how are you guys? I hope your good. Anyways have a good day/night! I'm sorry if I mes some things up and it isn't like the other chapters. I'm currently writing another fan fiction and I keep on putting things from there in here! Bye!!
