Hello! Gosh, you don't know how happy I am to share those stories with yall ♡
A bit of a warning though: some of the beginning chapters were reposted from my other social medias (specially Amino) so if you feel like they are familiar, that is probably why!
This first chapter was my first Hirell fanfic posted on Amino. It may look slightly modified compared to the original due to inconsistencies and typos. Plus, there are a bit more of content added ;)WARNING FOR - Gun, panic attack, violence, a few swear words.
Enjoy!

- Hurry! You're being slow! - Hilde called for me right on my front, jumping from excitedness.
It's been a long time since me, Argo and Hilde left the hospital. Many things happened: I left the Organization; my mother, Philio and I would almost daily meet up in front of the church; Argo left the city to do his business and to protect me, and Hilde would visit me everyday while I wasn't allowed to leave home for medical reasons.
My life changed a lot, for real. Of course, it's painful to remember all the bad things I've done, and how many people suffered because of me. But this is all my fault, and if I wanted to stay alive, I had to learn to manage the pain. Then, I made my decision, and this is why I'm still here.
To be honest, it's not even that bad. I think being surrounded by loyal friends who can and wants to help you makes you get through all of this easier, and it's been very long since I've been this happy now. Recently I don't think about my past too much, because I know that I'm not like the old Kirell anymore. I promised myself I would be around my friends and mother more, and I would leave my job to have a healthy and happier life, and I don't regret that promise.Today was the first day I was allowed to leave the house. Hilde was extremely excited for it and she was counting the days as if it was her birthday or holiday. Philio still recommended me to leave home less since I wasn't fully healed, but he allowed me to go this time since he said it would be good for "my mood".
(By the way, he would sometimes visit my house to check on my wounds and talk to me, as if he was my personal doctor, pfft...)
- Hold on Hilde! - I panted, as I hurried my walk a little - I'm still a little unwell...
- Oops! Sorry. - Hilde slowed down until she was by my side - It's just... I'm so happy we can finally go out like we did before.
She looked at me with a huge smile on her face. I smiled a little too, trying to look sympathetic. I'm not very good at that.I glanced at her feet. One of them was still limping, even if she was walking in a very fast pace. She was a victim of a car accident a few months ago, which ended up fracture one of her bones on her right leg. At first I thought she wouldn't be able to visit me for a while too when I saw her with those crutchs at the hospital, but she ended up recovering even faster than me.
I awkwardly asked - So... how is your leg? Aren't you feeling any pain? You're limping alot...
She shook her head - Well, it's not actually pain. Using a cast for so long made my legs a little... "tired"... I think. Philio said is good for me to walk now because I need to exercise my leg.
- Is that why you invited me too?
She shook her head again, smiling - No, silly! I actually wanted to go out with you anyway. I miss when we used to hang out.
- Hm.We walked around for a while until we found a beach. It was roughly 8PM, and the moon had it's reflection in the water, making the sea looks like a silverish, blue mirror. The sand had also a silver coloration due to the moonlight.
We walked next to the sea, and I sat down on the sand. I watched Hilde walk towards the water, where she lowered down to take a few seashells buried underneath her feet.
- Look at this one! It's pink!
She threw the seashell next to me and I picked it up. She did this again with other different and colorful seashells, until I had my hands full of these colorful fragile sea rocks.
Hilde then walked towards me and sat by my side. We kept looking at the seashells she found, and talking about them for a while.
- I like this one. - She took one with a wavy white and yellow pattern - Maybe if it was closed we could find a pearl in it.
- I like the big ones. - I said - Specially the ones crabs like to hold on their back.
Hilde gasped - You like crab shells?? Ew! Crabs are mean!
I disagreed - Crabs aren't mean. They just don't like when people invade their home or get their food. That's all.
- Hmm, they sound like humans then.
Hilde giggled at her joke and I gave her a little smirk. Hilde still looked young and innocent after all we've gone through.
We picked our favorite seashells and kept them, and threw the other ones back to the sea. We also had a competition of who could make the biggest splash with seashells and how far the seashells could go. Hilde lost at all of them, but she didn't mind. While doing that, she started talking about some curiosities about sea animals that I had no idea where she learned.
