Faking sick

Katie's POV I don't want to go to school today why because it's a Monday so I'm planning on pretending to be sick so I don't have to go to school hopefully my older brother Louis will fall fo all of this I guess I'll have to wait and find out.

Louis POV I go to Katie's room to wake her up for school and just hear her groan
Katie wake up you have school today I tell her soothingly
Louis I don't feel very well she whines
Oh dear well that isn't good now is it I ask her concerned for her health let me go grab the thermometer
I come back with the thermometer and tell her to open up and close her mouth once I put the thermometer in her mouth underneath her tongue
She obliges and does as I instruct her to do when the thermometer beeps I take it out of her mouth and read it nod course she had a temperature
Alright love you have a fever your not going to school today I'll call the school and tell them you Aren't gonna be coming to school today after I give you some medicine I tell her
She just nods not really listening or paying attention I go grab some medicine and pour out the right dosage onto the medicine spoon and bring it to her mouth
Open Wide Katie I instruct her
She obediently does as she's told and takes the medicine quickly swallowing it not wanting to taste any more of the disgusting taste
Here's some water I say helping her drink it then I set the stuff down on the nightstand and tell her to get some more rest and try to go back to sleep for a few hours.
Once I finish calling the school I make myself a cup of coffee with milk and some cream in it.

No ones POV a few hours pass by and Louis decides to go check on his sister Katie little did Louis know that his sister wasn't really sick and was acting out and faking the whole thing sure enough Louis walked into her room and saw her watching YouTube on her laptop. Louis's face filled with anger and shock he couldn't believe that his little sister lied to him about being sick.
KATIE ELIZABETH TOMLINSON YOU ARE IN SO MUCH TROUBLE YOUNG LADY YOU LIED TO ME ABOUT BEJ G SICK TO GET OUT OF GOING TO SCHOOL I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOU MISSY BECAUSE YOU LIED TO ME YOU GROUNDED FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK UNTIL THE WEEKEND COMES THEN YOU WONT BE GROUNDED ANYMORE BUT NO ELECTRONICS AND NO TV Louis tells Katie angrily
Cmon your going to school get dressed right now louis says sternly

Katie's POV I do as I'm told and feel a lot of guilt for for my poor decision of faking sick I should have known from the start he would find out and it wouldn't last for a very long amount of time not even a day. I promise my brother that I won't do this again and he takes me to school.
