Ring 9 Confronted

I was dressed and ready to confront the person that had said that Adrian was the reason for the attack on the human girl, just I put my foot out the door Victor spoke, "Where are you off to so hastily," his question made my heart pain. "I have unfinished business with someone," my reply was quick I was look for a response but I got one that I praying was wouldn't be the hardest to deny, "I'm coming with you," he was instancing on it not asking for permission. My heart twisted from pain in my chest but I couldn't deny him if I wanted to, "Fine but hurry I don't have much time mom and dad will be wake in 15 minutes," I said with the authority of an alpha, it was just seconds before he was ready we bolt for his car and made our way to the only person with the answers that I need, that were imperative to me and Adrian the only person whose name was now repeating in my head Christina, she was the only person to have found Adrian with the blood of the poor wounded girl but she didn't say that she saw him attack the girl but she changed her story when it came to filing a police report, however no listened to Adrian's cries I couldn't anything, and to this day I didn't know why but I know one things for sure Serena was in on the attack that i was sure of. "Victor you must promise me whatever I do you won't stop me from getting the information I need," Victor began, "Quin you know I.....," "Promise me," this time it was a command not a question "Okay I promise," that was his only response for the rest of the trip. I pointed out the turn off and which roads to take to get to Serena's house and we arrived late in the morning. I wasted no time get to Serena's door I was determined to get the information I needed from her I knocked on the four times she opened the door to find my thunderous face ready to question her, "Hey Serena, you are going to let us in and answer my questions," I used my compulsion power not giving one thought about how much trouble I will be in if someone found out. A glazed look spread across her face, she step aside and let us in, launched into my questions, "Who attacked order the attack on the human girl." "Mia," was her only answer-Mia was the leader of the resistance that wanted to take down my family-. My next  question was one word, "Why." "She saw Adrian as a key to get to the royals." "Who was the one to attack the human girl," this was the question that needed to be answered. "I did," she answered with pride. "That will be all if the police ask were you paid to say this you will reply 'No sir i confessed willy', is that clear." "Yes." I turned on my heel and towed Victor with me. Once in the safety of the car he asked furiously, "Are you mad." To this I replied "No just having my say that i never had." We were both silent, he started the car and headed home I took out my phone with the recording of our little chat, I had set a time limit so it wouldn't record the last part of the chat. This is going to be a page turner in the newspaper.
