There was a knock on the Charming's apartment door. David opened the door to find Belle.
"Hi Belle, can I help you with anything ?"
"Oh, I just wanted to know if Emma was home, I need to talk to her." *sniff*
Belle's eyes were red as if she has been crying for hours. Snow walked to the door and asked David who was at the door but was cut off when she saw Belle.
"Belle is everything alright ?" Snow said looking at her red stuffy face.
"Other than the fact that I banished my husband, maybe, I don't know!?"
They were all quiet for a moment. The Charmings weren't irritated by Belle's attitude. Well she has been through a lot. Her mother died, she forced herself into making Rumple leave Storybrook, she has been told she couldn't do things because she was a girl, and she had to deal with the terrible things the Dark One would do to innocent people.
"I'm sorry for my rudeness it's just that, I thought Rumple changed!"
Belle began to cry and mumble, "I don't know why he would do such a thing,"as Snow held her in her arms. Snow walked her inside the apartment and all three of them sat on the couch.
Belle finally stopped crying and said, "Is Emma here I need to talk to her?"
"Oh no she went with Regina and Henry to look for the author, but she'll be back in a little." David said handing a mug of hot tea to Belle. Belle took a few sips and said thank you.
"I wanted to ask her if I could make it up to Hook, for what Rumple has done."
"Well she is going to come back at 3:00."Snow replied.
"Oh do you think you can tell her to stop by the library when she is done, because it is running late and I have to open up?"
"We'll tell her don't worry,"David said with a smile.
Belle left and said thank you
