For some reason we have as convinced an outrageous amount of people into believing that 'skinny' is better than healthy.
And sometimes the same feelings can be true for men.
Jupiter Wilkos is a swimmer. He breathes water like anyone else would breathe air. But when your body is constantly on display, you can have some doubts about it.
And when these thoughts of not being good enough herd in your head, like a swarm of bees? It can feel like you're drowning.
