Chapter 9

Y/n POV

I wake up to the sound of my alarm. Chat was long gone.

I get up and grab the dress Chat got me on our first date.

'Was it even a date..' I think.

I shrug it off and put the dress on. I walk out of the house quickly trying to avoid my parents. As I was about to arrive at the school someone taps my shoulder.

I turn around and see Adrian. I hug him tightly.

"Miss me already princess?"

I pull away from the hug smiling, "Yes. What happened to purr-incess?"

He chuckles, "I have to keep my identity secret."

"Oh right! Sorry!"

He laughs and we walk to school together smiling.

When we get there the girl named Chloe comes up to Adrian throwing herself on him.

"Adrikins! I missed you!"

I frown and keep walking.

"Yeah Chloe me too...."

After a moment he runs up next to me, "Sorry... she's just like that..."

I nod and we walk inside the school in silence. Adrian goes to his class and I wave at him as I walked to mine.

I was then pulled to the side.

"Hey your the girl who's as caught with Cat Noir right?"

I look over and see the girl with the blog.

"My name is Alya. I was wondering if I could get an interview?"

"I don't-"

She interrupts me, "Great!" She pulls her phone out and starts filming me.

"Do you know Cat Noirs identity?"

"No!"

"Are you dating?"

"I... I don't know.?"

"What are your thoughts on Cat Noir?"

"Well he... he's funny, nice, sweet, caring, and an amazing person..." I look up and blush remembering she was recording.

"Do you like Cat Noir?"

I turn a bright shade of red, "Y... You could say that..."

"Do you love him?"

My eyes widen and I look away. The bell than rings signaling the interview was over and class was starting.

"Aw man. Well thanks for the interview here's my number. You seem cool." She smiles at me and walks away.

I look down at the note that had her number on it. I smile and walk inside the classroom. My phone then buzzes.

C: Hey princess you there?

Y: Yes I'm here :)

C: I'll see you later than usual tonight because I have night patrol at the tower with Ladybug.

Y: Okay be safe!

C: Always will :P

I put my phone away and listen to the lecture. Class passes by rather quickly and before I knew it the bell rang. I grab my things and as I was walking out I was met by Chloe.

"Hey! I thought I told you to stay away from Adrikins!" She yells.

I look down ignoring her as she continues to yell.

"Hey Chloe back off! She didn't do anything!"

I look over and see Alya.

"Ridiculous utterly ridiculous!" Chloe yells as she walks off.

Alya comes up to me followed by another girl, "Hey you okay?"

I nod smiling.

"This is Marinette. She's cool. If you ever need anything feel free to ask us."

The two girls smile at me and I nod as I wave goodbye. I walk home and see my parents waiting for me.

My mom comes up to me and grabs my arm, "You have some explaining to do y/n."

She pulls me to the house and my parents both glare at me.

"Have you been hanging out with Cat Noir?"

I slowly nod and my dad slams his fists on the nearby table.

"I have warned you the last time he used to visit you! He is bad news! All he does is bring villains and danger right to you! I told you we would move if you hung out with him. Get your bags." My dad scoffs.

My eyes widen and I bolt up, "What! No!"

"Yes y/n! You were akumatized once and we told you we didn't want you being near him. He only brings more akumatized citizens to you and you might get akumatized again!"

Tears fill up my eyes as I yell, "No!"

"Get your bags y/n!" My mom glares.

"I love him!"

They both turn to me with a shocked and angry expression.

I run upstairs crying. I lock the way to my room and lay in bed.

A few hours pass and I hear a knock at the door.

"Y/n our flight is leaving in 2 hours. Be ready."

Their footsteps get farther away from the door and I stand up. I splash water on my face and put sneakers on. I open the trapdoor and go on my roof. I make my way down and start running to the tower. The night was dark and the moon and stars looked beautiful.

I see Chat at the bottom and I start running faster until I see Ladybug. I stop walking and hide behind a pillar. I peek and watch them.

"Chat it's okay that you're with her. I'm happy for you."

"Ladybug.. I like her but I'll always love you.. you're the only one I love."

My heart sunk.

"Chat I..."

She wraps her arms around his neck and they kiss.

'Push her away Chat... please...' I thought to myself.

I watch as Chat wraps his arms around her waist pulling her closer. My heart shattered and I ran away crying.

"Y/n? Y/n! Wait come back!"

I hear his footsteps running towards me he grabs my hand and I yank it away.

I turn to him tears storming down my face, "How could you! I thought we had something!"

"We do!"

I turn away from him and run home. My parents look at me shocked. I run into their arms crying.

After a while I silently go to my room and grab my suitcase. They help me into the car and they start driving to the airport.

We board the plane and I stare out the window tears falling down.

My phone began blowing up.

C: Where are you?

C: Y/n please reply.

C: I'm at your house open the trapdoor.

C: Your things are gone no ones home where are you?

C: Please answer me.

C: Y/n I messed up please reply.

I turned my phone off.

'I'm sorry kitty...'
