~~~~~~(Y/N)'s POV~~~~~~

We had just arrived at a large, glass building that was adorned with Valentine's decorations.
Inside the building were astonishing pastries, cakes, and cookies waiting to be eaten, tons of floral beauty, a balcony area, and a banner that said: "I love you!"

Tears welled up in my eyes as Hisoka and I approached a table. There was a waiter that brought us champagne in crystal wine glasses. It was like being in a whole different world.

"Hisoka...this is beautiful!" I said.

He held my hand from across the table and stared at my ring finger. He quickly snapped out of his trance and looked at me with a smile. I melted at his touch and my heart was warmed.

"But not as beautiful as you, my dear~."
He kissed my hand and drank some of his champagne.

I decided to drink some of mine too, and it tasted luxurious.

The waiter we saw earlier brought us (favorite foods) on a heart-shaped platter.
It was a bit early to be eating, but I never turned food down. This was a magical experience for me.

~~~~~~Time Skip~~~~~~

Hisoka and I had just finished eating our meal. He cleared his throat and music started playing.
He offered me his hand and I took it. We glided across the floor, waltzing to the music that played.

I looked into his eyes and he looked into mine. He spun me around and caught me in his arms, dipping me and kissing my lips. Once I was brought back up, we continued to dance as the sun set into the distance.

He was taller than me, so it was hard to wrap my arms around his neck without standing on my tiptoes.

"Take off your shoes, my dear~." He bent down to whisper into my ear.

I did as told and put my shoes next to the table. He took me and placed me so that I was standing on his shoes.
It was much easier to hold onto him now. He had one hand around my waist and the other hand in mine.

I smiled at him and he smiled back. This was like a dream come true.
We continued to waltz across the room for a few more songs.

After that, we went to the balcony and looked at the stars in the sky. Time sure does fly by quickly.
We pointed out different constellations together while the gentle breeze blew past us, making our hair sway from time to time. It was the most perfect day today, this couldn't get any better.

"Hisoka?"

"Yes, darling~?"

"You look cute in that outfit."

~~~~~~Hisoka's POV~~~~~~

I watched (Y/n) as she stared at the sky. She was so beautiful...perfect even.
I'm lucky to have someone like her as my girlfriend, but today I was about to change that.

"(Y/n)! Look at that constellation, it's heart-shaped~."
She peered at the sky closely to find the constellation that I made up as a distraction. As she was searching, I put my hand into my pant pocket and felt the velvet box. I took it out quietly and breathed a sigh of relief.

"Don't mess this up, Hisoka."
I thought to myself.

I quietly got onto one knee and waited for (Y/n) to notice that the heart-shaped constellation was fake.

~~~~~~(Y/n)'s POV~~~~~~

"Hisoka...I don't see the heart-shaped constellation, can you point it out to me?"
I turned around and saw Hisoka on one knee holding a velvet box.

My mouth opened a little and he opened to box to reveal a diamond ring. Tears welled up into my eyes in shock.

"(Y/n), over the past 2 years, you have made me far happier than I have ever been. I want to continue making memories with you, sharing your good moments and your bad ones. I want to be there for you through thick and thin, for many years to come. So, (Y/n) (L/n), will you make me the happiest man in the world and marry me?"

Hisoka looked like he was about to cry, and he looked nervous as well. I loved that man more than anything, and I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him. I said the words that were true to my decision.

"Yes! Yes, I will, Hisoka. I want to be there in your life and care for you always. I love you, Hisoka. Always and forever."

He slid the diamond ring onto my left ring finger and picked me up. He kissed my lips passionately and whispered into my ear. Those words always seem to make me fall for him even more.

"I love you too, (Y/n). Always and forever~."

We exchanged another kiss as fireworks were displayed into the sky.
