Gol stood up from the bed and walked toward the door after a few moments had passed, she quietly opened it and slipped out. She walked quickly down the hall, looking back to make sure Moira hadn't heard her leave the room, when she suddenly slammed into something hard and fell to the ground. She looked up and saw Rickey looking down at her. "Does your fake sister know you're out galivanting around with my brother?" he asked. "I'm not doing anything with your brother." she said, as she stood up. "Yet." Rickey said. Gol rolled her eyes and walked around Rickey. He smiled and walked toward the girls' bedroom, knocking on the door. No one answered and he heard the sound of water running. He turned the knob and found the door was unlocked, then let himself inside. He looked around the room, moving toward the bathroom door. He peaked through the crack of the door and saw Moira, his eyes widening, he pulled back and looked down. "Hey!" he called to her. Moira sat up in the bathtub. "When you're done in there, come to my room. I have something better than that shit we had earlier." he said. "Uh. Ok." Moira said. Rickey turned from the door and left the girls' room, heading back to his own room. He took off the scrub shirt he was still wearing and rummaged through his dresser drawers, pulling out a long-sleeved mesh shirt and a black eye patch, putting the shirt on and tying the patch around his head to cover his obsidian eye. He walked over to his bed, throwing himself on it, and pulling the bottle of whiskey out from under his pillow. He looked over the bottle and smiled. "Do you normally flirt with bottles of whiskey?" Moira asked him, as she walked into his room. Rickey sat up and laid the bottle on his bed. "I didn't know smiling was flirting." he said. "It can be." she said, walking toward him. He moved his gaze over her slowly, seeing that she was wearing a blue gown and smiled, then looked back at her face. "I'll smile more often, then." he said. She walked up to him, slightly lifting her gown and straddling his hips. "You should." she whispered, her lips close to his. The expression on his face became soft and serious. "Are you sure you know what you're getting into?" he asked her. She touched his face gently and moved her hand to the back of his head, untying his eye patch and throwing it off to the side. He looked down and she lifted his face up to hers. "Don't hide from me." she said. "I would never-" he started to say, until she silenced him with her lips. He wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her against him, as the kiss deepened. She moved herself closer, pressing against him, and heard him moan. She pulled her lips away from his, watching him lick and bite his bottom lip, as he moved his hands to her hips. He grabbed her gown tightly in his fists and pulled her gown up over her head, looking over her body carefully, and throwing her gown to the floor. He felt her bare skin against his through his shirt and quickly took his shirt off, pulling her close to him again and pressing her bare chest against his. She could feel his cold skin against hers and ran her fingers through his hair, as he leaned in, kissing her neck. She heard a low growl from him and gently raised his head from her neck so that he was face to face with her, seeing that his eyes were closed. He opened his eyes and looked at her, his golden eye burning like a furnace. She leaned back slightly and moved her hands down his chest and stomach, moving them further down and unzipped his pants. He grinned slyly, wrapping one arm around her, turning over and laying her on the bed. She felt the cold steel of his inverted cross necklace dangling down onto her chest and grabbed it to pulled him down into a kiss. She suddenly felt something cold against her hip and gasped. He pulled back and looked to the side in confusion, then smiled, grabbing and holding up the whiskey bottle. "I think we forgot something." he said. Moira laughed and placed her hand over her eyes. He shoved the whiskey bottle back under the pillow. "We'll save that for later." he said. He grabbed her hand that was covering her eyes and moved it above her head, as he laid himself between her legs. "Where were we?" he whispered, as he leaned down to kiss her.
Gol had walked down the endless hallways once more, finding herself again at Raven's door. She listened but heard no sound and lifted her hand to knock, when the door suddenly opened. Raven stood in the doorway, looking down at her. She opened her mouth to speak but no words came out. He reached out and gently grabbed some of her hair. She stepped back and he let her hair slip through his fingers. "Thank you." she whispered. Raven dropped his hand to his side. "For what?" he asked. "For helping us." she said. "Is that why you came to my room?" he asked. Gol nodded. "Do you want to come in?" he asked. She nodded again and he stepped back, allowing her to walk into his room and shut the door behind her. She felt less nervous, as she watched him walk again to the other side of the room. "Why do you keep doing that?" she asked. "Doing what?" he asked. "Standing ten feet away from me." she said, moving closer to him. Raven shook his head. "I don't know." he said. "That was you playing earlier, wasn't it?" she asked. He nodded, his long hair falling in front of his face. She looked toward the piano. "Play for me." she said. He looked at her and then to the piano. "Why?" he asked. "I need to hear it. I need to know something." she said. He moved quickly past her, walking toward the piano and sat down in front of it. She watched as he looked down at the piano and brought his hand up to move his hair away from his face. "Wait." she said, as she walked over to him. He looked at her and watched as she walked behind him. She ran her hands through his hair and he became instantly tense and sat upright. "What are you doing?" he asked. She pulled his hair back from his face and began to braid it behind him, pulling a hair tie out of her own hair and wrapping the end of his braid with it. "There. You can relax." she said, stepping away from him. He continued to feel tense and nervous, looking down at the piano. He glanced toward her, then focused back on the piano, bringing his hands to the keys and began playing for her. Gol moved to sit on his bed, listening to him play. After a moment, she sighed. "Why did you help us? I thought you didn't want us here." she said. Raven's expression became serious and he kept playing. "I know the woman who took you in. I know Abigail, too. Rickey might not remember them, but I do. I know what you were and what you are now. I know the best idea is keeping you here, safe from them. It keeps us safe, too." he said. Gol stood up from his bed and Raven stopped playing, as she walked toward him. She ran her fingers along the piano as she moved closer, walking behind him, and placing her hand on his shoulder. She leaned down close to his ear. "Keeps you safe from what?" she asked in a soft voice. He turned his head slightly to the side, looking back toward her, concerned. "I smell blood." he said. Gol looked toward his door and stood up straight. "I do, too." she said. She stepped away from him and quickly toward his door, opening it and walking out. Raven stood up and followed her out of the room.
Moira laid beside Rickey, watching him sleep, as the sun had risen hours ago. She moved closer to him, placing her hand on his chest and laying her head on his pillow next to him. She moved her head closer to his and snuggled against him, lifting her lips to his cheek and kissing him. He moved and groaned in his sleep, turning his head slightly toward her. She smiled and moved her hand up to his face, running her fingers gently over his cheekbone, tracing his features as if she was trying to memorize them. A familiar scent of blood began to fill the air in the room. Moira sat up and looked toward the bedroom door. She saw a shadow pass by the door, followed by another shadow. The handle of the door began to move and Moira's eyes widened. She turned to Rickey and began to shake him. "Rickey. Wake up, something isn't right." she whispered loudly. He stirred but stayed sleep, the harsh light of day keeping him drowsy. The bedroom door began to creak open and the noise caused Rickey to open his eyes and look toward the door. He sat up, as he caught the scent of human blood. He grabbed Moira and tried pushing her behind him in bed. The door opened and Gol walked in, followed by Raven. Gol saw Rickey sitting in bed naked from the waist up, as he was covered by a blanket from the waist down, and quickly covered her eyes. "Would you put clothes on?" she asked him in a loud whisper, then realized she saw someone else in the bed behind him. Gol lowered her hand from her eyes and looked toward the bed, seeing Moira trying to hide behind Rickey. Raven looked at Moira and Rickey sitting naked in bed together and made a disgusted expression. Gol quickly walked over toward Rickey and pulled her gun from her holster. "Shit, wait." he said, as he put his hands up in surrender. She aimed the gun at him, pushing it against his forehead. "What did you do to my sister?" Moira asked him angrily. Rickey raised his eyebrow and looked up at her. "I don't think you want me to answer that." he said. He heard a clicking sound and looked suspiciously at the gun as much as he could. "Safety's off." Moira said. "Oh." Rickey said flatly. Moira moved out from behind Rickey and tried to move between him and the gun. "Gol, I can explain." she said. "He used that trick on you." Gol said. "No, he didn't. I wanted this, I came in here on my own. I'm the one who initiated it." Moira said. "Did his eye glow?" Gol asked. Rickey looked down and back at Gol. "Is no one going to worry about that scent of blood?" Raven asked. "Are you not going to help me?" Rickey asked Raven. Raven started to step toward them, when Gol pulled out a second gun and aimed it at Raven, causing him to step back. "I tried." Raven said. "Did you, though?" Rickey asked, annoyed. "Get up and come with me." Gol said to Rickey. "Can I put clothes on first?" he asked. "Quickly." Gol said, motioning with the gun in the direction of his dresser. Moira moved further in front of him, "You're not going to do this." she said. Rickey grabbed her arms and began moving her off to the side away from him, looking at her and shaking his head, as she looked at him in desperation. He sat on the side of his bed, trying to keep himself covered, as he put his clothes back on. "Are you enjoying this?" he asked Gol angrily. Gol kept a gun aimed on him and one aimed at Raven. "Shut up and let's go." she said. Gol lead Rickey out of the room. Raven watched her leave, telling her he'd find her if his brother would die. Moira moved to the side of the bed and got dressed as soon as they stepped out, following Raven as he followed Gol and Rickey.
Gol kept her gun aimed at the back of Rickey's head as she forced him outside. "Over there and get on your knees." she said. Rickey looked at her and glared. "You're joking?" he asked. "No, I'm not." Gol said. Rickey put his arms out. "Shoot me right now. I'd rather die standing." he said. Gol aimed her gun at his face, as Moira and Raven walked outside. But, instead of keeping their eyes on Gol and Rickey, they were focusing on something beyond them. Suddenly, Rickey and Gol caught the scent of fresh blood. Rickey turned to see where the scent was coming from, as a figure moved closer to them. The light from within the entrance of the Manor began to cast light on the figure. "Oh, shit." Rickey said. They all watched as Evil walked up to them, covered in blood, dropping a body to the ground that appeared to have been mauled by an animal and partially eaten. Evil looked at their nervous and horrified expressions. "What? What did I miss?" he asked.
