Dillow (Dimen x Pillow)

Valentine's Day

Dimen gulped down the saliva as he tried to calm down himself and gather his courage from feeling like a chicken. He took a deep breath before knocking on the door. A few seconds later, the door was opened by another skeleton wearing a different outfit rather than their usual outfit. He blushed as he scanned him. Their date was wearing a long sleeved white dress decorated with a white rose on a white ribbon tied around his waist and was blushing madly while holding box in his hands. Dimen stared, still blushing and was wondering why he still wasn't making a move. He snapped back to reality when he noticed his lover was waving his hand in front his face.

He blinked twice, regaining his mind back in control. He gave Pillow a peck on the cheek and made him blush. "Did you really bought that dress for our date Lowwy?~" Pillow blushed further and turned his face away so he wouldn't see. "Actually.. I made this."
Dimen's sockets widened in amazement as he learned a new information from him. It was only been four months since they met and got into a relationship. They didn't get much any time for each other since Dimen had a job to take care of in the Multiverse. But today, it was Valentine's Day. They were going to have a date.

"It looks good on you." He complimented.

"T-thanks. I didn't really know why I made a dress but I thought it would make you blush~" Dimen blushed in response and hid inside his hood. Pillow giggled and asked where he'll be taking them. There were a lot of places that they could go, including Outertale, Flowerfell, Fluffytale and more. But since it was Valentine's today, most of those popular places would be filled of dates and people and monsters. Dimen wanted the two to be alone and somewhere a little special. He opened up a portal and both walked through it.

They were in Waterfalls, but Pillow still wasn't sure which AU they were in. He gasped when he saw a blanket was laid down on a perfect spot around the echo flowers and white cottony trees. Pillow realized they were still in his AU. Both sat down and Pillow gave the box he was holding earlier to Dimen. "I made you're fave." He said in cheery voice. Dimen already knew what was inside. He untied the red ribbon and opened the box. A mocha cake. They cut a piece for both of them and started to eat. It had velvety smooth taste of chocolate indulgence and coffee. The two spent together laughing, snuggling and watching those lights above them that represented the stars while the breeze slowly blew the branches of the trees, swaying its white leaves.

"There are thousands of copies of Ourtale right?" Pillow suddenly asked. Both were lying on the ground and were staring at the 'stars'.

"Yeah, why did you ask?" Dimen replied. His mind was asking questions like if he didn't like place where their date was placed. "Nothing. Just curious." To be honest, dates in Outertale was getting a bit old. Thankfully, Dimen was already prepared for this. He stood up and held out his hand for Pillow to take. He then opened a portal and Pillow couldn't believe where they are now. It was the first time he saw the sun setting over the horizon as the sky started to darken and was now filled with tiny dots, shining brightly against the darkness. He took his time observing almost everything from what he was seeing right now since it was his first time being on the surface, until he felt someone hold his waist and twirled him around to face his lover. Both blushed at how close their faces were but Dimen took one of Pillow's hand onto his shoulder and the other on his hand. He started to led him into a slow dance. Even though there was no music to accompany their dance, both enjoyed it and just wanted to spend more time with each other.

When their dance ended, Pillow kissed him on the cheek but Dimen moved his head and clanked his teeth to his. It lasted for a few moments until they had to pull away for logic air (◕‿◕). Both blushed and stayed there on the surface until it was already late and they needed to go back home. And before Dimen left, he kissed Pillow's forehead and whispered that he looked cute in his dress. That made Pillow blush madly and playfully punched Dimen on the shoulder before he left.
