chapter 5

sky's pov

i woke up to a bright white light and i can hear muffled talking. i look around the room and i make eye contact with darren. i looked at the other familiar people here robbie? and jason? and fred? what? why are they hear they left? 

"omg sky your awake when i saw you on the ground i didnt know what to do i panicked. i thought we were gonna loose you. we cant loose you your our baby sister." robbie said panicked.

"not that im happy your all here but why are you here? when did you get here? whats the time? how long have i been here? where are the kids? and mum?" i said 

"the time is 9 am you have been here all night. misbah said that you should take a few days off school to rest and get better." darren said 

"we came because we were gonna surprise you when you got home from school and we didnt say anything when we were texting you because that would ruin the surprise." jase said

"awwhh boys i love you all your the best brothers ever and i missed you. and i want to go to school today because i have my exams coming up and i need to prepare."

sids pov

i'm walking to school and i see ollie and imran and 2 girls. im really worried about sky so i go over to the boys.

"hey guys i know we dont get on but i havent seen sky and she hasnt answered my texts. i just want to know shes okay."

"look i dont care what you want she doesnt need you if shes ignoring you there is probably a reason for it so just leave us all alone." ollie snapped 

"ollie man yh, you need to chill i was just asking a question because i care about her." i replied calmly 

"common imran we need to go to football." ollie said dragging imran away

i turn to look at the girls and the one with frizzy hair said "my foster dad is one of her brothers and i heard him and my foster mum talking they said something about her being found in her house by her other brothers and being in hospital ever since. my foster dad went there earlier."

"omg i need to see her." i replied frantically 

"you can come with us we were gonna go see here before school" the frizzy haired girl said "also im brooke this is juliet" she pointed to the other girl who just slightly waved.

"yh come with us when i spoke to her yesterday she seemed really happy that you offered to take her to out to cheer her up so im sure she will be happy to see you." juliet said

"okay thanks guys" i smiled 

skys pov 

i finished getting changed in the hospital toilet ready for school (outfit above) my bandages are covered by my blaser sleaves.

i come out of the toilet to see juliet brooke and sid. my brothers are talking to the girls while giving sid the death glare. gotta love how protective my brothers are. 

sid sees me and we make eye contact he smiled at me and looked down awwh hes so cute. to get the others attention i say "right so no one is gonna give me a hug before we go to school" and with that juliet and brooke run to me and 

brooke say "come on or we are gonna be late" 

and rob says "i dont know if you should go to school sky, you still havent told us what happened to make you want to do what you did, what if something happens today and we arent there to protect you, your my baby sister and i need you to be okay"

"rob ill be fine i have my friends i promise ill be fine" i say 

"yh she has brooke and i in most lessons and she has imran and sid in other classes we can all look out for her like she looks out for everyone else" juliet said

"exactly i also have peri, tom and the other older kids that love me. so i promise ill be fine"

"whos that" jase said pointing at sid who was standing next to brooke 

sids pov

"and why is he here" darren said 

" sorry im sid and im here because sky wasnt answering my texts so i asked broke and juliet if she was okay and they said she was here and i wanted to make sure she was okay. "

skys pov

" well thanks for that kid and you four need to get to school so sky text us when you get there and at lunch and when you leave so we know your okay or if you want to get picked up i spoke to nacy and she said she was speaking to sally about it" daren said 

and with that we left for school i was walking with sid and the girls were infront of us mine and sids hands kept brushing against eachother it felt tingly and good when they touched. 

sid broke the silence by saying "do you want to go to the tea house after school if your up for it as yesterday wasnt that good and i feel like you deserve the best" he scratched the back of his neck 

i smiled and said "sure id love that" after the short walk we were at school and the girls and sid said a quick goodbye and went to their classes while i went to sallys office as she wanted to talk to me. 

robbies pov

i dont like this sid guy after what darren said about him i dont want him near my sky

freds pov

i dont like this sid guy with everything darren said i dont want him to hurt my little sis. we promised joe and zig we would protect her 

darrens pov

i know sid has done some bad things but she looks so happy with him and all i want is for her to be happy 

jases pov

after what darren said i dont like him too much but the way he looks at her makes me like him a little. he looks at her like he wants to protect her from everything like he loves her with all of his heart.
