It has been a few month ever since Izuku started his training with CP-9 he have trained a lot to hone his skills and was improving quite a lot impressing everyone as Lucci took it upon himself to teach him the final phase of the Rokushiki and that is a technique called Rokuogan it's a double edge sword and it's quite exhausting for the user as it create shockwave. 

League Base: 

We could see Shigaraki sitting in a dark base which was rather cleaned and accustomed to look like there old bar of there old hideout, Shigaraki have matured quite a lot ever since AFO has been defeated by All Might and put in Tartarus he hated two people the most and that is All Might and Izuku Midoriya both of them were like each other more than one, he knew the symbol of peace is no more but as long as Midoriya is out there his plans is doomed to fail as he knew that the kid would always find a way against all odds he didn't care what method to use to get rid of him and it presented itself through Himiko Toga who managed to graze Midoriya in the License exam and took some of his blood which was enough to accuse him of working with the league he just hoped that his plans would work and they would betray him, Shigaraki knows that Midoriya is his cousin and that made his plans far more better as he knew how his master AFO used his heritage to put down All Might although those stupid civilian were cheering him on so he had to live up to the hype to the very end and luckily they betrayed him quickly despite how much he sacrificed his life for them he kind of felt bad for him after all he is still his cousin wither he like him or not. 

Now we could see Shigaraki without his hand on his face he wore a leather jacket on top of a suit similar to the one his master wore he had gloves that covered three of his fingers as to not distengrate anything in his path he knew full well that he never could rival AFO but he was working and just like in what his master said in Kamino "He is spreading his wings and leaving the nest" he was interrupted by his train of thought. 

Dabi (smirk): never thought I'd see you in a suit and put some Chapstick.

Shigaraki (look at him in disbelief): Seriously, Chapstick I hate those products. 

Toga (licking her lips): Oh Shiggy you look amazing but you would be more amazing if you bled.  

Toga was grabbed by Spinner who dragged her away as they didn't want her to go Psycho on them. 

Twice (Double personality): You look good! YOU SUCK!! 

Shigaraki (Annoyed): Is the preparation ready already!

Unknown person (smirk): Don't worry Shigaraki I am sure you will take the hero society to the mud after this recording. 

We could see right in front of Shigaraki a camera with a man typing a few things on the computer, the guy was one of AFO loyal henchmen as he is able to hack anything and then the guy pressed a button before he smirked.
