Chap 16: crystals

(Y/n) pov

- a chair flew by your head and smashed agains the wall behind you. Shade was throwing a major fucking tantrum. After 5 hours of things being broken shafe suddenly threw up what seemed like something goopy with a shiny perily orbs. Daydream just let out a sigh and went into the kitchen and walked out with three silky black apples. Shade suddenly looked smaller right about the size of dream but way smaller. Not only that but she also looked less goopy. You tilted your head to the side confused. You asked what happened to her and what are the apples shade was eating. Daydream explained what the apples were and why shade needed to eat them. 

You nodded and asked why was shade throwing a tantrum. Daydream sighed softly as starlight walked out if the kitchen drinking some coffee. Nightmare walked down stairs with bags underneath his eye seeing that he was up all night with the twins you gave birth to. He walked up behind you and nuzzles the back of your neck his arms and tentacles lightly wrapping around your waist. Daydream sighed softly and said that there was something that everyone should know. After gathering everyone in the castle up we all sat at the meeting table. Daydream took in a deep breath and let it out.- 

Daydream: we can jump timelines you all know that but not everything we've said has been true

Horror: so what is this meeting about I want to go back to bed

Daydream: horror shut it but we can from a passive timeline both our mother and father had made peace and settled down

Shade: not only that but we have been looking for the shards for the crystal of souls which is in our mothers soul 

Cross star: wait wait r u saying that ur looking for the shards of the crystal thats in MY soul 

Starlight: yes in our time line you cross star are our mother and nightmare over there is our father 

Shade: *sighs softly* its hard to explain but Night star is a glitch in your au code he is a mix between bloodfire and snowfoot 

Cross star: that's not true he killed his kits he doesn't have any personality change

Daydream: cross star shut it he does have a personality change and we here are to stop him from fucking up any other timeline plus it doesnt help that he killed our mother in our timeline 

Starlight: yeah but if we can find the last two shards from her soul she can come back to life at least thats what it says about the crystal of souls 

Shattered: wait I'm trying to wrap my mind around this so ur saying that cross star here died and you have to bring her back to life in your timeline 

Daydream: yes that is correct plus it'll keep our father from trying to commit suicide if we can bring her back our father and before u ask anything about her being punished for being gone so long yes and to the liveing stars her screams eco 

Shade: but in truth she isnt as loud as cross hes just a bottom bitch 

Starlight: agreed 

Y/n: so is there anyway we can help 

Daydream: yes we'll use you cross star and I think if we do it correctly we can use SD to lure night star where we want him 

Shattered: wait who's SD  

Both shade and nightmare: *let out loud sighs*

Daydream: hes a sidistic version of dream with wings alright i dont need to explain much about him 

- a flash of golden yellow and deep orange wings came into view with a skeleton with a devios grin- 

SD: I heard my name be called does someone want ol me to help~ 

Daydream: *sighs loudly* yes SD we need your help 

SD: will I be able to get what I want~ 

Daydream: yes u can fuck your brother all you want if YOU JUST FUCKING HELP US 

Y/n: *keeps mouth shut not knowing what to say*

- after the meeting was done you cross star and SD gathered around a map daydream placed out. She pointed at the area they need night star to be at. SD nodded and suggested some ways to catch him with a thoughtful nod of his head. After night fell everyone went to sleep in the morning you SD cross star and the timeline jumpers got up bright and early. You all went to the place that was needed to be inorder to catch night star. SD went to where he needed to be his wings giving a soft flutter. 

Daydream started placed what looked like simbols in a circleular shade. She told you and cross star to sit in that circle and so you and cross star did. Daydream shade and starlight said some words before hideing into some bushes. You looked around worryingly your soul stopping by seeing a skeleton with half of his skull missing circleing above you and cross star. Cross star just glared and growled. Before who ever the skeleton was about to land SD lunged out of the tree tops smashing into the other skeletons side knocking him out of the air. 

Daydream bursted out of the bush she was hideing in and tackled the half faced skelly to the ground as SD hovered in the air. Daydream said one word and the skelly below her was out like a light. Shade and starlight came out for the forest dragging a purple ball of anger behind them. SD seemed to smirk and land his wings giveing a ruffle. Shade tossed the bean at SD's feet and crossed her arms.- 

Shade: there you got what you wanted and we got what we wanted 

Moon (SD! Nightmare): *trembleing in fear at the sight of his brother* 

SD: very well I shall be gone from your life and be off with my little brother~ *picks moon up and throws him over his shoulder* I'll be going now *telaports to his castle with his brother smirking and licking his teeth*

-after a long time everyone went back to the castle of nightmares. Cross star walked over to shattered and hugged one of his tentacles growling and grumbling. Daydream laid night stay down on the floor and removed what looked like two shards of a crystal. She gave a nod and summoned her soul which had many crystal shards circleing around it. The shards of the crystals seemed to attach to one another and form one single crystal. Since it was night everyone went to be except for daydream starlight and shade takeing turns on watching the sleeping body for night star.-
