third person pov
y/n walked to the washroom on the same third floor in the same old building as she had done for 4 days now.
she hoped hanako would be there today, after he didn't show up yesterday.
making her way down the hallway, she was met with a familiar face.
"oh! y/n, i wasn't expecting to see you here!" minamoto turned to y/n, running up to her.
"oh, teru-kun" y/n smiled, "what are you doing here ?" y/n asked teru, it was strange for him to be walking around after school hours. although, y/n was doing the same.
"i'm looking for an evil spirit. they are the schools seventh wonder, and they go by the name 'hanako'." teru smiled, looking around the building.
"h-hanako..?" y/n questioned, concerned for her friend. hanako isn't an evil spirit? at least, i don't think he is..i haven't known him for that long, so maybe he is!
y/n thought to herself, looking up at the ceiling. "yeah! do you know them?" teru asked.
when he didn't get an answer, he looked at y/n confused. she was mumbling to herself. "uhh, y/n?" teru tapped y/n's shoulder, snapping her out of it.
"AHhH!" y/n screamed, jumping back, teru grabbing her waist right before she fell.
"uhh, you okay?" teru asked, pulling her up carefully. "yep! fine! don't worry about me! thanks!" y/n panicked, embarrassed.
"haha, if you say so y/n." teru smiled, letting go of her wasit.
"well, would you like to help me find this school wonder?" teru asked y/n, smiling. "sure!" y/n replied.
she was looking for hanako in the first place, so now she could multitask! she would be finding hanako, spending time with her friend and finding out why he is looking for hanako!
3 minutes later
"by the way, teru.." y/n started, looking over to the boy. "yes?" teru replied, staring into y/n's eyes.
"why are you looking for hanako?" y/n continued, looking back at teru. "well..i come from a line of exorcists. it is my duty to get rid of evil spirts like hanako!" teru smiled, looking determined.
