After Bonnie woke Elena up from the magical coma. Damon and Elena got married and became Damon and Elena Salvatore. They live together now and Elena took her father's Practice. She owns her father's building and is called Salvatore M.D. While Damon owns the Mystic grill and has free bourbon. They decided they want to have a kid. They find out they are having a girl. So they decided to name her Alexis Salvatore. Alexis is and beautiful and she is a brunette just like Elena. Alexis looks like her mother and father. She is one amazing daughter a beautiful personality.
