ENTRY 003 : panic attacks

" You aren't alone in this... "

This headcanon will talk about panic attacks and depression.

Vanilla (UNDERTALE ! SANS):

❥ He has had his share of panic attacks.

❥ So he SHOULD know what to do.But it will probably be something that catches him off guard.

❥ He'll be a little awkward but will soon grasp the situation and comfort you.

❥ After that, he'll note down your triggers and will try to avoid them

Mantilla (UNDERTALE ! PAPYRUS):

❥ He's on the same boat as his brother.

❥ Having witnessed his brother's panic attack's, mantilla is pretty good at handling them.

❥ It's upsetting for him too since he hates seeing you like this.

❥ After he get's head around the situation, he'll be a total mother hen.

❥ He will note your triggers and will also try asking you to talk about your problems with a therapist if you are comfortable.

Crimm (UNDERFELL ! SANS):

❥ He's...not that much of a people person.

❥ So his comfort will be pretty awkward.

❥ He knows how to handle situations like these and the first time around will invoke the above reaction.

❥ If he has witnessed some panic attacks a few times already, then he'll be more hands on. 

❥ He knows how nasty they can get and he wants to help the best he can.

❥ Even though his best are awkward back pats and comforting words.

Drachen (UNDERFELL ! PAPYRUS):

❥ Wait...what?

❥ Drachen's first reaction would be helpless sputtering while he rubs your shoulders.

❥ His brother had panic attacks, hell he had some of his own as well. 

❥ He'll do his best but He'll be just as lost with what he should do. 

❥ His Underground usually dismissed things like this.

❥ May come across as a little stern while dealing with it because of his emotional constipation. However, when he knows what to do, he'll either give you your space and try to comfort you verbally or physically.

❥ WILL note your trigger's down. He doesn't want you to go through something as harrowing as that so much.

Zure (UNDERSWAP ! SANS):

❥ The guy is pretty hands on and calm through the whole thing.

❥ He will stay as gentle as possible and first ask you to focus on him. 

❥ Then he'll ask if he can touch you.
