The Offer

Kai's Point of View:

"Ow, my head. What happened?" I asked, slowly opening my eyes. Sensei Wu was beside me. "Craig put you in a choke hold and you passed out." Sensei replied. No wonder why my head hurts. I must have hit it when I fell on the ground. Zane came in. "Neuro and Karloff are staying with us for a bit. Until their wounds heal." he said. He smiled when he saw that I was awake. "Hey, Kai. How are you feeling?" Zane asked me. "My head hurts and how long have I been out?" I asked. "A couple days." Zane replied. What!? 2 days?! "Can I get some fresh air?" I asked Sensei. He nodded. I got up and went outside. I looked at the sky and took a deep breath. Then, I left.

------3 hours later-------

I was walking in the woods, enjoying the fresh air. The birds were singing. To be honest, that's just making my headache worst. Might as well go back. Snap. I whipped around, trying to locate where the noise came from. I turned around. I gasped. Right in front of me, was Craig. He was watching me calmly. I pulled out my sword and prepared myself for a fight. "Stop. I came to talk, not fight." Craig said. "Yea, right." I replied sarcasticly. Craig put his hands up. "Go ahead and search me, Kai. I'm not armed and have nothing to hide." Craig said watching me. "What do you want?" I demanded. "I told you. I just want to talk. To you." he replied. "Me?" I asked. Craig nodded. "I need your help." he said. "Like I would ever help you!" I snapped. "Just hear me out." Craig said. I sighed. "Fine. Say what you have to say, then leave!" I snapped. "I need your help to get Cole. I've seen what his destiny is." Craig said. I laughed. "You? You know what Cole's destiny is?" I asked. "That is my power, Kai." Craig replied. I stopped laughing. "As I was saying, Cole is destined to have so much power. He will be more powerful than the First Spinjitzu Master. More powerful than the Golden Ninja and the Golden Master." Craig hissed. I was stunned. Cole was destined to have that much power? "So, I need your help to snach that power away from Cole, before he knows he has that power." Craig hissed. "I would never do that to Cole! You just want that power to take over Ninjago!" I snapped and started to back away. "You didn't let me finish, I will spare you, your friends, your family, and all the elemental masters if you help me. Think about Kai. I'll give you 3 days. Then meet me back here and give me your answer then." Craig replied. I ran. I will never help you, Craig! I'd rather die! I screamed in my head and continued running.
