THIRD PERSON'S POINT OF VIEW

Kim Nari sat on the couch facing her therapist, her chest is heavy and her mind is hazy. Here she is again in one of those days, where her mood changes in a snap of a finger, dizzy, confuse and most of all---- lost.

" How are you today Nari? " The woman asks then looks at her apologetically " I'm sorry Dr. Park can't come in right now, he's in a family trip so I had to fill in. But we've done this before right? So I hope you won't feel shy to me "

One of the things that Nari despise the most is being talked to as if she's a little kid, it makes her more frustrated and upset. She hates sitting in front of her therapists' office, trying to remember about the accident once again but nothing. It always ends up with nothing. And it leaves her so lost and frustrated because up until now she couldn't remember a thing.

" How are you feeling today? "

Nari opens her lips hesitantly before giving the woman a small fake smile " fine "

" Can you describe what you're specifically feeling? or perhaps tell me more about your day sweetie "

Nari could feel the lump on her throat, clearing her throat she lets out a shaky breath as she tightly gripped on the edge of her uniform skirt.

" Nothing exciting " she quietly replies "the usual school stuff "

The woman smiles at the young girl giving her a patient look " What about the boy you were telling me about the other day? The one with the mullet? "

Nari pursed her lips as she clears her throat " I didn't talk to him much today. I'm not in the mood "

" ahh I see, how about your interactions with your friends? "

" just the same "

The woman stops scribbling down her notebook before leaning both her elbows on her desk as she leans in towards Nari giving her a kind small smile

" Have you been sleeping well? How about your dreams? "

" just the same " she quietly replied " the ball kept showing in my dreams "

The woman looks at her gesturing her to continue which Nari did hesitantly

" It's still blurry to me " Nari gulps nervously as her hands started to shake " I-- I remember the kid's ball hitting my foot that's all. "

No progress. That made the woman sigh in disappointment even when she tried to hide the emotion plastered to her face Nari have already seen it which made her bite her lower lip her chest feeling more heavy to her.

" I'm sorry I still can't reme-- "

" It's not your fault sweetie " the woman smiles " Everything will be fine soon, we just have to be patient okay? "
