"c'mon y/n!" vinnie asked, pulling you through a field.
"where are we going?" you asked him. "it's a surprise! you'll see." he chuckled.
you both continued walking until it seemed like you were in the middle of nowhere, he stopped.
"now will you tell me what we're doing here?" you smiled, looking at him. he stood in front of you and held your hands.
"so y/n as you know we've been together for a while and I always wanted to do this." he started to get down on one knee.
"whoa! Are you proposing? Vinnie were only 18!" you went on and on.
"what! no no!" he said, he then pulled out a small box from his pocket.
"it's a promise ring." he blushed. he put it on your finger and stood up.
"I promise I will love you and be there for you until the day we die. This is a temporary ring, someday I'll marry you. your the best thing that's ever happened to me y/n. I love you so so much." he grinned.
you were speeches. a tear then rolled down your face. "waitt don't cry" vinnie rested your head on his shoulder and he hugged you.
"thank you vinnie, I love you" you sniffled.
"I love you too. always."
