Later on after becoming the number 0 Espada Aizen asked Ichigo to go search for 10 more powerful hollows to become the other 10 Espadas.Ichigo accepts the mission and set of in a Sonido across Hueco Mundo.Finally he come across a vasto lorde named Ulquiorra.The minute Ulquiorra noticed Ichigo he tried to attack but was stopped by Ichigos immense spiritual pressure.Ichigo then continued on finding the other hollows to fill the other 9 spots.
3 weeks had passed and the Espada were now complete with 11 total rangeing from 0 to 10.They held 4 meetings monthly to discuss how things were going in Hueco Mundo.Ichigo was in charge of watching over the Menos Forest.This way no one could sneak Into Hueco Mundo by going through the Menos Forest Ichigo reported that there was nothing off in the Menos Forest.They continued about their business as usual and did their patrols around their designated area.
1 year later
Ichigo under the command of aizen sent Ulquiorra to capture Orihime.3 minutes later Ulquiorra reappears through a Garganta with the prisoner.he tosses her to the ground in front of Aizen and walks away leaving the three in the throne room.Orihime dosn't notice Ichigo because he has Sonido behind her .Aizen calls all espadas to the throne room and the first to arrive is Nnoitra and says to Ichigo to just show himself.Ichigo angered by this statement stabs Nnoitra's shoulder shutting him up.Then returning to the side of Aizen's throne.Finally all the Espada were there Ichigo being the only Espada above #5 allowed to use his release in Los Noches stayed in his 3rd Release form.
He finally spoke telling Ulquiorra to take Orihime to the prison cells and at that the meeting ends.It shocked the other Espada that Ichigo was aloud to give such an order without approval from Aizen but they listened anyway.
