Schnappter Three

"You- Your Sadie Sink....." Sadie smiled.

"And your Y/n Holland."

"How do you know that??"

"You have a famous brother and I have also seen your instagram." I grinned,

"Oh my lord, sorry, one second." I laughed and she laughed too. After a minute of me trying to remember how to breathe, I finally collected myself.

"Hello, I'm Y/n Holland." I stuck out my hand for a formal gretting, she shook it.

"Hi, I'm Sadie Sink."

"So, what are you doing.... Here in California?" I wondered aloud.

"I'm here for the Oscar awards, the whole stranger things cast is going. And according to your instagram, so are you." I grinned.

"Yes, I am." Sadie gestured for me to sit and I did. She sat across from me.

"Well, meeting you here was a pure coincidence but now that we're here together we might as well hang out." My brain exploded but I somehow managed to nod. "Let's start off with a get to know each other sort of thing." I nodded again and smiled. "Favorite color" I laughed.

"Definitely y/f/c, you?"

"Blue. Favorite food?"

"Y/f/f, yours?"

"Waffles." We went on with this for a while and soon we were laughing and chatting as if we'd known each other since we were kids.

"So, what are you gonna wear to the awards?" My eyes widened as I realized I couldn't wear jeans and an oversized hoodie to the Oscars.

"I uh haven't actually thought of that, heh."

"Y/n, the awards are tomorrow." I groaned. 

"Why don't me and Millie take you shopping." She said suddenly.

"What!? Seriously!! Yes! Please!" Sadie laughed and then pulled out her phone, typing furiously.

After a minute she looked up, "Millie will meet us there."

"There? Wheres there??"

"You'll find out." I smiled nervously.

"You're not gonna kidnap me right?" Sadie laughed again.

"No! Now come on, its not far away so we'll walk." She pulled my hand and I stuffed my phone in my bag and grabbed my coffee, leaving the leftovers of the quacksont on the table.

Me and Sadie kept up good conversation while we walked wherever she was taking me. Suddenly Sadie put an arm out to indicate that we were where she wanted to be.

"Theres Millie!" She ran over to a girl who was wearing a cute but not over-the-top outfit. I hesitantly walked over.

"Hi," I awkwardly waved.

"Hello," Millie said in her thick british accent. I was expecting nothing but she hugged me tightly. "Your Y/n Holland."

"Yeah, Sadie told you who I was?"

"Well I mean yeah, but you've also been in a movie that I adore and your Tom Hollands little sister." I blushed. Yeah, I'd been in a movie but it wasn't a huge part and it had been a while ago so I hadn't thought Millie Bobby Brown would know that.

"Oh, cool." I tried playing it cool but I knew my excitement was showing through.

"Come on then," Millie looped her arm between Sadie and I's arms, leading us toward the huge store. "We have shopping to do."
