Almost a year ago, I uploaded this book, and it has become my most viewed work here on wattpad. It has also become my first and only story that wasn't a one-shot that I have completed, and that's saying something considering I've uploaded/started over thirteen stories both on here and on quotev combined. It's a little scary knowing that when I update any of my stories at least one person will read it, but I've gotten a little more confident with my writing with the help of some friends and just me reading my old works.
So, i have decided that I will be rewriting this book here on wattpad. No, I will not be deleting this version, so no need to worry those of you that actually like this one. But I will be making another separate book dedicated to a new storyline that I will be trying out.
A big reason for me rewriting this book is because I actually hate it. I know I said I've gotten more confident, but this book really just doesn't hit me as hard as I wanted it to for you guys. I didn't read it for almost a year because 1) I forgot my password lmao and 2) because I just didn't see a reason too. But when I did I felt like it wasn't even my own story. I don't remember writing half of the stuff I wrote for this book, and so when I read it again it was kind of a feeling of "well this was really anti-climatic." And it was. The way I worded things and sped through Jisung and MC's relationship made me both cringe and become confused, and the way I wrote the MC as a whole just wasn't what I planned on.
So as a solution, I decided "hey, why don't I just say fuck it and rewrite the whole thing?" And that's how my thoughts formed!
I will say this again, thank you. Thank you for reading this book and I hope you stick around for the rewrite.
Also: there will most likely be more chapters than this one has! The storyline I'm gonna try out is more complex (not really but-) than this one, and it won't be as fast paced. It Most likely will have more than 6-10 chapters, if I'm motivated lol, and if not the chapters will surely be longer than the 300 words that I used most of the chapters of this book.
