this story takes place after shao Kahn was defeated and Mileena is paired up with a unknown character follow the journey as the pair go through out the events and time lines

As Mileena's rule continues more and more of her loyal subjects start to question most notably ermac and reptile eventually the new servant arrives which was the former general under shao Kahn rule kotal but was in prison eventually he finds his way into Mileena's service follows her loyally until eventually he finds her rule unsuitable with the amount of chaos with that further going to Earth realm
kotal: you must heed my call the destruction to outworld is not needed nor is the constant battle with Earth realm

kotal: if you want outworld to thrive then yes
Empress Mileena: I will not tolerate this
General baraka: mh you dare speak heresy I will have you beheaded for this
as the years continued outworld continued to get destroyed by Mileena's rule but on this one fateful day a returning necromancer appears before her
Portal opens Quan chi appears with three revenants
Quan chi: ah empress Mileena I see you have changed *looks around* hahaha
