I left the warm office and went to the stairs. She opened the roof door and felt the cool autumn breeze as it swayed her hair. moving quickly, she opened the envelope that Gambino (her boss) had given to her inside she found Silas's address. she chuckled. this was too easy of a job.

it had been a month since she was assigned to Silas Blackwood. she had followed him endlessly, and delivered all the information to Gambino. today was no different, except she saw him turn down a dark alleyway. he seemed to stop and lean against the wall.

after what felt like ages he finally spoke

"I finally have to pleasure of meeting the person whos been following me for a month."

she stood in the darkness, eyes wide

'shit, how'd he know'

"if you're wondering how I knew, let's just saw you underestimated me and my abilities.                           Ms. Whitehall"

he chuckled and looked directly at where I was standing in the dark.

I moved slowly making myself silent and moved right above Silas's head when I saw that I was slipping down from the roof. before I could even think I slid off.

'great I'm gonna break a bone now'

but I never collied with the floor. I looked down and realized that Silas was holding the back of my shirt. I already had my dagger in my hand and lunged near his arm. he looked startled but stepped back but not fast enough to avoid my knife the palm of his hand was bleeding with a rather large cut on it. but he simply looked at me and smirked.

"oh your fiesty"
