It's been 5 hours since I started my 'road trip'. 'I hate everything and everyone' was all I thought for the past 5 hours. I opened my window and let the wind flow into the van.
The smell of the ocean. I've always loved to go to the beach in my younger years.. also a thing that changed.
After another hour of driving I arrived at a beach I had never been before. I gave my cat, Patches, a kiss and told her I would be right back before I went walking down to the beach. The smell. I couldn't resist it. I took off my shirt and ran to the ocean.
'I wouldn't do that if I were you' I heard behind me.
