Chapter 11 ~ Snape's Choice

It was almost a week before the term ended at Hogwarts when the tragic event had happened. We were all talking at The Burrow. Harry had to leave the room a few times so he could calm down. Here is what had happened... Harry was talking to Dumbledore at the top of the Astronomy tower. He was told to hide under his Invisibility Cloak. Harry saw Bellatrix Lestrange, Draco Malfoy and 3 other Death Eaters. None of them knew Harry hiding across from them. Snape then killed Dumbledore after Draco didn't have the courage to. This is what caused everything to go south. The Dark Mark was casted and the Headmaster of Hogwarts was killed by one of the people he trusted most. We did not hear about this immediately. We heard about it the day after it happened. We had noticed Hedwig flying toward The Burrow. We were then told that he was dead and at the end of term we got the rest of the details. Harry was not handling it very well. He was always walking outside and trying to figure things out. Later on me and the Twins tried to do something fun, try and make everyone laugh. We got some of the stuff from the joke shop and causing some laughter, but also a long lecture from Mrs. Weasley. Harry, Ron and Hermione went off to find something but they wouldn't tell anyone. The next term came by faster than usual. Teddy was almost a year old when the war actually came about. It was going to be long we already knew it. And all because Snape killed Dumbledore.....
