Author's Note

H e l l o readers! 

For starters, I'd like to say that this book is completely, one-hundred percent fiction. Each character is based off of someone real, but for privacy reasons, names have been tweaked. It is meant to be short, random, and (hopefully) hilarious. 

Fun fact: My friend and I had some strange conversation that ended up having an entire plot line. So, as expected, while I was bored one day, I decided to look back on this conversation and think of a way I could create a story out of it.

So, here I am, sharing it with the rest of you. 

Hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it. 

Updates for this short story will vary. I write these chapters when I am not working on my Fundamentals story line. My main focus is my Fundamentals books, so this short story is something I write when I'm feeling blocked on my other works. That being said, updates will become more often when I am steadily writing. An update schedule may be posted under my profile.

Synopsis 

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be shipped off in a cardboard box and end up in the middle of nowhere? For Dexter, that became reality. 

One day, Dexter finds himself crawling out of a cardboard box into someone's home. He doesn't know where he is, or even how he got there. With the help of the strangers he encounters on his journey, will Dexter be able to make it home, or will he find a new life?
