Intro to Miscellania

     Ah, Miscellania. You are about to discover a world of pure imagination. This world is full of surprises, and is intended to be the world, seen as a kid. A world with excitement around every corner, new creatures to constantly be discovered, and down right majestic landscapes. Meet Corben. He is not your typical 16 year old. Brown hair, pure green eyes, and stands at  5' 10. He works at a flour mill, just south from Nardah, the town of spriggans and fairies, which are two examples of working creatures. Home of the Emperors palace, Nardah is known for harvesting essence from behind the waterfalls. Essence is the trade currency in Miscellania. Essence can be used for enchanting soil in farming, improving the strength of a blacksmith's product, (such as swords, shields, and armor) as well as for healing almost any type of wound, as long as it's applied quick enough. Though Miscellania is a world of dreams, there is still combat between the people / creatures against the monsters that "stumble in".

     Now, let me tell you about the environment. The roads that connect the towns are often made of chunky cobblestone blocks. Tall, oil lamp posts are spread up and down the roads around every fifteen feet. Every so often, in the greens of the fields, you can spot a little farm, mill, or welding station. These places are locally owned, and often handed down by generation. With mills made of wood, and the welding stations made of poorly crafted iron, it gives the lands a feel of home and comfort. Vast, crystal clear waterfalls give jobs for the Spriggans, as they harvest incredible amounts of essence. Huge forest lands, full of "wild" creatures, like Torrus's, let the forest shine with incredible energy. Sparkling trails from where the fairies have just whipped by your face, in rush to give color to the plants. Grotzers, another type of "working" creatures, works to collect timber from over hundreds of species of trees, ranging from purple to black with shimmering sparkles.

     Many more places will be discovered as the story starts, and many new species of wild and working creatures will be found. Miscellania never runs out of land, and will keep going for as long as you explore. Each creature and human has a major role on keeping the lands majestic, and clean of fury. Corruption of contribution and peace, often lead to a failed world; hence HallowVale.
