Idiots don't catch colds Pt 1

Plot: Nanashima has stopped coming to school for a few days, everyone is very worried. Shinomiya being bothered by his sudden disappearance decides to visit him after school.

Shinomiya P.O.V.

What am I even thinking? This is a waste of time, I could've just ignored him and spent more time with Serinuma while he was gone. But well, I've already reached his place so it's too late. Lets just ring the bell and see if he answers.

"Haah, I'm such an idiot"

The door opened, and small face peeked out. It was Nanashima's little sister, Kirari.

Is that his little sister? "Oh hey there! I'm Nanashima's...friend, Shinomiya Hayato." Friend? What am I even saying.

"Oh! I see, you can come in"

Shinomiya P.O.V.

Unlike him, his sister is really sweet and adorable, while he's a pretty asshole. Such a huge difference, it's almost laughable.

"Shino nii san, this is brother's room!"

I smile at her and say, "Thank you"

Kirari nods and smiles at him and after leading him to her nii san's room. She then runs down the corridor into the living room.

"How cute, only if that idiot was even a little bit like her"

I slowly opened the door, to find Nanashima tucked under the sheets, in a very bad state. He was sweating all over and, his face was red. I slowly went near his bed-side and sat down in chair.

"Oi, Nanashima, you don't look so good" I gently poked his cheeks.

"Nngh"

Seems like he's waking up.

In a very hoarse voice, Nanashima said "I'm not giving you any rice balls..."

Rice balls? What the hell is he dreaming about--

Nanashima slowly opened his eyes, and when he saw Shinomiya his eyes widened. "What are you doing here shrimp!?"

"To give you, your notes and assignments" I said bluntly. Well afterall, Igarashi Senpai told me to deliver these to the idiot prince, since he apparently had 'plans.'

"Oh I see, it would've been better if Serinuma came but well whatever"
Nanashima said directly.

"You could atleast hide the fact that you wanna see her face instead of mine a little y'know!!" I said angrily. What the hell is up with this dude? So annoying.

"Can you ask Kirari to give me my medicine?" Nanashima said in an irritated tone.

"Yea whatever" I said, as cooly as possible.

I went out of his room to find Kirari still in the living room, down the corridor playing some games. "Kirari chan could you help me?"
"Yes sure Shino nii san!!"
