( A/N: I didn't like the way things ended in the last one-shot so I decided to make a part two which is all in Soarin's pov. Enjoy ❤ )

I looked around in my rear view mirror, making sure there was no trouble with the distressed traffic. I look over to Rainbow Dash, who was sitting right beside me. Like usual, she played around with her hair due to the anxiety of traffic hour.

Rainbow isn't exactly fond of vehicle transportation, car wise. She says she rather take the train or a cab, but today I managed to convince her otherwise. I just want her to see for herself that car accidents like the one she once experienced as a child aren't an everyday thing. She's safe with me. I'll make sure to protect her, even if it means risking my own live to save her's. I love her.

Once the red light abruptly switched to green, I made sure to slowly make a turn on Bleeker and Fourth; where our apartment was located.

Rainbow rushed out of the cadillac, into our apartment. By the time I had caughten up to Rainbow, she had already fallen asleep on the couch with her English books laid out on the coffee table.

Lately she's seemed to be stressed out about her studies, which awfully reminds me of the behavior you'd expect from one of her friends back home. Twilight, I believe was her name.

All her life, Rainbow had always been the care-free type. I sometimes worry college wipes out all the energy she had to do the things she once enjoyed. Her only old quality that decided to stay was the anxiety of cars and driving. If only there was someway to help her overcome her greatest fear.

The Next Day

Today Rainbow decided to take the train, leaving me to drive all by myself to school. She doesn't allow me to pick her up no more. Ofcourse I don't mind, but I do admit I'm curious to know why.

When she arrived from school she wrapped her hair in a ponytail as I gently placed my jacket around her shoulders. As expected, she layed out all her books and notes from her brittle backpack. She buried her face into her book with a sigh, only meaning she felt troubled.

" You okay, Dashie? "

" I rather be alone tonight, if that's okay with you " she indigantly replied, paying no attention to me no more but instead her studies.

" Oh, I- okay then... " I hastily walked away from the frustrated rainbownette. I grabbed the car keys to my cadillac from the counter, feeling despondent about Rainbow's sudden mood change. How much more until she decides to call us off?

Like usual, I check the rear view mirror, and it somehow made to make more sense then the future I fear for us. Seems like we've been stuck on the wrong lane, going the wrong way home. Where am I supposed to go? Rainbow is my home.

Will we ever go back to the way it was? Like the way it was back in Honeymoon Avenue.

( A/N: let's just pretend there is a street called that, kay kay? And no, I totally did not make a Cat Valentine pun rn )

Just as I was about to make a U- turn, a rainbow swoosh running across caused me to delay my movement and follow. Why would Rainbow decide to take a jog when she has a loadful of work to do?

It seemed as Rainbow was in fact not taking a jog but catching the train, taking nothing but two travel bags.

Wait, what? That can't be! Is she... leaving me?

" Rainbow Dash! " I hollered, dropping everything to catch up. Sadly, I was a little too late. By the time I managed to catch up, the train had already departed.
