This constitution, written in the Year of [date] by Her Majesty Queen Erica Eternal-Ruler of the Queendom of Icenyth, puts to paper the laws governing the queendom of Icenyth, done with good intent and carried out with good intent also.
This constitution is ordained by Her Majesty the Queen of Icenyth and is valid within the Queendom of Icenyth, as marked by the Issiduran Maps, agreed upon by the citizens of Icenyth, the country of Witchknight and the Jungle Kingdom of Truncatis.
Violation of the constitution by those in its territory will result in a punishment decided by the Queen of Icenyth and the Royal Council, or in the absence of those powers, by local officers.
The constitution does not apply to the Embassy of Truncatis if it is built or the Embassy of Witchknight.
